11/26-place order for TV to deliver same day; mount service for 12/3 via Angi list
3p- Mount delivered, no TV. Call x4 times, then went to Sugar Land loc
6p-Was told only online service can assist. Online Rep said by 8p
7:30p-Received call from Stafford loc stating I MUST pick up TV by 8p or else order will be cancelled and would have to wait 5-7 business days for money return. Been on phone for 35 min. Manager Kat told me I order TV for pick up curbside. No SENSE. After realizing she was wrong she told me driver cannot come cause it's too late now.
11/28-Call online service twice, finally Dennis said that mount and TV came from 2 different location. ok. I could not track b/c it was not out for delivery yet. Assigned new driver. TV came.
12/1 Spoke to online services twice. Confirmation email from Angi list with the wrong location (previous address-moved out 3 yrs). Contact online and spoke to 3 different reps (1.5 hrs) long to confirm the correct address from which the order was placed
12/2 am- Spoke to online service and on 3 way with Angi list and verified my address. It appeared that I had an account with Angi in past, hence my old address came up which it shouldn't bc order placed to recent one.
12/3 2 Tech suppose to show up for 7am. Call online at 7:10am who stated that tech is on way. At 7:41 I got an alert that Bixio from Angi List said he was outside my home from 7-7:30. LIES he tell. NO ONE came to my door. My dog would be barking, no activity on ADT to prove him wrong. No bell ring nothing.
12/3 Call back Angi/Sams 8557550309. On phone for 40 min and being told I can cancel the service and have my money return. Cannot hold tech accountable bc he closed out the ticket. Appt set up for 1pm, but no tech assigned.
12/3 8am- The 2nd tech showed up. My sone helped with installing.
Bottom line: NOT ordering anything AGAIN for delivery. The Stafford team how called was rude bc the 1st rep told me when I asked to speak to the manager "She will tell me the same thing", about me ordering for pick up and I must come now or it will be cancelled. Come to find out it was to pick up from driver for delivery. Bixio is a liar, unless he went by the wrong house. But he didn't respond back when I texted him on app that he DID NOT come to my address. He will be held accountable. All reps told me about cancelling my order bc that is the easiest thing to do. HOWEVER, when you take off from work to accommodate scheduled deliveries, it is not cool that I would have to do the same thing again for another delivery. I hope that Cooperate can contact me. I have at least 3 hrs worth of phone time trying to get a TV delivered and service for mounting. Absolutely absurd.
