Happy Now?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You clowns have been on my back to review this thing since it was delivered. Here's my review: It's a TV that I watch TV shows and movies on. It works. It shows me moving pictures and makes noises that seem appropriate for the moving pictures I am watching. Happy now, you pests? I'll never buy one of your products again, clingy weasels.

Outstanding Big Screen TV

Picture quality is great and the operating system is a breeze.I purchased this tv to place in my family room and there are several windows.This tv handles glare without questions.This is truly a great buy and my wife and I are pleased with this purchase.The Free live TV stations are endless and variety is superb.The smart remote controls several of my other devices which is amazing! Samsung has done a great job with this so called entry level tv! (3 year warranty included with this price!)

U79000 Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture Quality: Delivers clear, crisp images with vibrant and sharp colors The remote is easy to use when switching through my fire stick and cable . Just wish it had another port for another output . The sound is loud enough and clear without a soundbar . I like this TV overall for the size of the room I have it in . Overall it is a good TV for the price I paid . Samsung puts out good products . This is my 3rd Samsung already . One lasted 12 years and the other one lasted like 10

Hard to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this TV as a present. I never had a Samsung product. I must say it was not a easy set up as other brands . However I really enjoy my new Samsung tv. I stream and watch a lot of movies and take advantage of the live tv that my tv has to offer . I have had it for a little over a month and I have had no issues at all . Thank you for such a wonderful product

This tv model has glitch when I watched Netflix, returned and bought new tv the same size and model, have the same issue. Called Samsung Support, they couldn't figure it out. Sam's club won't take the TV back if you don't have the original box with it even I just bought it a week ago.

Horrible experience w/ delivery and mount service

11/26-place order for TV to deliver same day; mount service for 12/3 via Angi list 3p- Mount delivered, no TV. Call x4 times, then went to Sugar Land loc 6p-Was told only online service can assist. Online Rep said by 8p 7:30p-Received call from Stafford loc stating I MUST pick up TV by 8p or else order will be cancelled and would have to wait 5-7 business days for money return. Been on phone for 35 min. Manager Kat told me I order TV for pick up curbside. No SENSE. After realizing she was wrong she told me driver cannot come cause it's too late now. 11/28-Call online service twice, finally Dennis said that mount and TV came from 2 different location. ok. I could not track b/c it was not out for delivery yet. Assigned new driver. TV came. 12/1 Spoke to online services twice. Confirmation email from Angi list with the wrong location (previous address-moved out 3 yrs). Contact online and spoke to 3 different reps (1.5 hrs) long to confirm the correct address from which the order was placed 12/2 am- Spoke to online service and on 3 way with Angi list and verified my address. It appeared that I had an account with Angi in past, hence my old address came up which it shouldn't bc order placed to recent one. 12/3 2 Tech suppose to show up for 7am. Call online at 7:10am who stated that tech is on way. At 7:41 I got an alert that Bixio from Angi List said he was outside my home from 7-7:30. LIES he tell. NO ONE came to my door. My dog would be barking, no activity on ADT to prove him wrong. No bell ring nothing. 12/3 Call back Angi/Sams 8557550309. On phone for 40 min and being told I can cancel the service and have my money return. Cannot hold tech accountable bc he closed out the ticket. Appt set up for 1pm, but no tech assigned. 12/3 8am- The 2nd tech showed up. My sone helped with installing. Bottom line: NOT ordering anything AGAIN for delivery. The Stafford team how called was rude bc the 1st rep told me when I asked to speak to the manager "She will tell me the same thing", about me ordering for pick up and I must come now or it will be cancelled. Come to find out it was to pick up from driver for delivery. Bixio is a liar, unless he went by the wrong house. But he didn't respond back when I texted him on app that he DID NOT come to my address. He will be held accountable. All reps told me about cancelling my order bc that is the easiest thing to do. HOWEVER, when you take off from work to accommodate scheduled deliveries, it is not cool that I would have to do the same thing again for another delivery. I hope that Cooperate can contact me. I have at least 3 hrs worth of phone time trying to get a TV delivered and service for mounting. Absolutely absurd.

Color and clarity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the 3 Samsung TV as a computer monitors. It mount portrait 3 50in. Started with TU690T got other brands twice because it was cheaper. But ended returning it the minute it was side by side with Samsung. Black looks blacks and most other have some sort of grain at an angle. Samsung is clear no matter the angle. So I ended with 3 50in TU690, TU700, and U7900.

Love my new tv

This thing is amazing, love the picture and samsung tv. It was easy to connect to my apps. I have a samsung tablet and phone, so connecting to them is super easy. The only thing I would complain about is the small remote, I prefer something with numbers on it, not push a button to have the numbers appear on screen

Great 75" Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung 75" Smart TV. It was easy to set up, and I no longer need so many HDMI cords like my old big screen TV. It is a real plug-and-play setup with apps already installed. I no longer have to use my Apple TV device—the apps are all available. I would definitely recommend this version of Samsung TV. It looks good hanging on my wall like a piece of great art!
