I had to go to a tech store to find out work the remote control... product start up didn't have clear instructions.

When TV goes into Directors mode for picture quality, whites turn brown like old sepia photos. Navigating the menu for Samsung programs is not user friendly. Too many clicks. Seems like the cache needs to be emptied often compared to my last TV.

When I first bought it I couldn't believe such a bargain I got from a top tier brand. I highly recommend this T.V for it has everything you need without having to spend an arm and a leg. I especially love how I can operate with Bixby and the clear resolution that makes it easier to see the subjects on the screen. I also appreciate the security that keeps my T.V free of viruses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good and a 65" sits on a 55" space. Brightness, contrast and resolution are no better than the previous 55" Samsung that was not a smart TV. We don't like it goes back to TV mode when it is turned off. The box containing the TV, Roku device, & Satellite DTV are sometimes hard to keep it from jumping back and forth to get it to stay in the box to click where you want it to stay. The audio on the settings for the TV are on the highest mode but some Roku streaming movies and TV series has to be turned up to hear the voices and down when music on the show or comes on in the background. We have had a Samsung 65" Smart TV for several years with curved screen in the bedroom that has none of these issues. There was too much glare from the many windows and lights, but it is perfect for the bedroom.

We have an 80" in our living room, a 70" in our bedroom and 2 more 55" in our guest room and sitting room. Quality and clarity is second to none and we highly recommend to anyone!
