[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adjustments for screen brightness are not very helpful. Can't find an area that makes dark screens bright enough to see. Don't like the opening screen, not intuitive. Overall I'd say it was average but being a Samsung I was hoping for a better experience. The biggest disappointment is the TV comes on randomly especially at night. Super frustrating especially after trying to work through various fixes.

It came with Samsung TV (which is just like cable tv) I can download apps, I can connect my phone, my portable speaker can connect.. it's just an awesome tv. It has lots of settings to change the brightness, the resolution, the vibrancy, also. It has a setting for gaming which makes the graphics clearer, and the security features are great. Really glad I bought it.

Now I'm not saying this will happen to you but unfortunately whenever that happens I have to turn my tv off and turn it back on to get that crackling sound to stop. Other than that I love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was happy with my purchase, the colors are bold, bright, with resolution is sharp. TV functionality can be slow at times. I like that I can watch local news stations, that was a cool discovery after I purchased my TV. But approximately 3 months after my purchase, the speakers in the TV sound busted! The sound is awful at times. Voices vibrate and sound robotic at times. Background noise and music is even worse. It's odd because it's not constant and the volume of my TV never changes, so I'm not sure what caused the issue. While the speakers don't sound distorted, they do majority of the time, it's so distracting and hard to watch at times. I'm so disappointed, I'll never buy another Samsung TV. Don't waste your money on something you'll likely have to replace sooner than later. I gave this TV a 2 because the speakers should have lasted longer than 3 months. Had my speakers not broken I probably would have rated this TV a 4.

I had to go to a tech store to find out work the remote control... product start up didn't have clear instructions.
