It does have an optic plug so I can't add my hearing dives I don't want to use Bluetooth. My old Samsung tv had one it died right after the Warranty expired

Between our two homes, we have three Samsung TVs. The only complaint I have with this particular model is the difficulty we encountered accessing an app although it had been installed on the TV. Otherwise, no complaints.

The remote is not as sensitive as it should be when changing channels. It becomes very frustrating to have to make multiple attempts to accomplish one action.
