I'm not one with keeping my tv bright at night but it gives multiple different options of reducing that. Super easy to manage this TV. Every app is easily accessible as well as games. Definitely recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Smart TV and confusing as I found it, as complex the settings and adjustments, I found the picture quality to be stunning, the ease of discovering endless forms of enterainment awe inspiring. I cannot compare the Samsung to any other devices since I've never known any other. I can only marvel at the difference between this TV and my old TV monitor. Words fail me.

It does the job and has a great picture with vivid color and sharp image. Never any issues with the response to apps loading or buffering. And the sound from the TV speakers is pretty good.

They are not all used at the same time, since we are senior citizens. Our grandkids love that they can watch their our tv while visiting. They are bright, easy to use, My husband is a bit hard of hearing so it would be nice to have a hearing impaired options.

The problem is I can't use the remote, it is so tiny I can't get a good hold on it to push buttons. The volume and channel up and down buttons are very hard to use. All of Samsung previous remotes I've used have been great. Why change it I am 70 years old and I can't see the lettering even with my glasses I really hope you can send me a usable remotel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my new 65" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV! I'm old enough to remember the switch from black and white to color TVs when I'd watch the screen just for the color! This is like it but so much more! The Samsung replaces a TV with a 30" screen. While it was HD, it was 16 years old and not as sharp as it once was. This Samsung is light years better! The pictures are so crisp and clear. I keep finding details that I can't believe that I can see. My biggest problem is that my dogs and I want to watch more TV than we should just to enjoy the picture and sound from my Samsung! The setup was easy and had user-friendly and intuitive steps.  I like starting at the Samsung home page.  Overall, this Samsung is a delight to setup and to watch!  

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very complicated, so if you're not technical you might not like the item. The remote is a mess. The color isn't as spot on as I had hoped. The picture is bright but not like advertised. I am still deciding if I will take it back for a convenient version. I am pleased with how light it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently switched from a Roku TV same size and very similar size, The diffrence is astounding. The samsung have far better quality and a true black allowing the surrounding colors and dark scenes show up in much more detail. Then the firmware being easy to operate and each program having a quick select of the most recent show/movie bringing me to my shows in a much quicker route.
