I have photophobia, and this TV is very comfortable for my eyes because I can adjust the brightness and make the screen very soft. The Movie Mode is especially helpful and makes watching TV much easier on my eyes. It also works very smoothly and does not freeze like other TVs I have owned in the past. The sound quality is wonderful, clear, strong, and much better than I expected. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and would definitely recommend it.

We have not had any issues with either so far. We plan to purchase another sometime this year for another room. The picture , ease of using the apps, and the overall operation of our Samsung television is great. I thought the upgraded remote would be difficult for me but it is so easy to use. I definitely recommend Samsung televisions.

While a larger remote control would be a minor improvement, it does not diminish the exceptional quality of the television itself.

Where the menu happens to reside. Would not buy another Samsung TV. Television is only 6 months old. Yeah whatevers, gonna stick with Sony.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a mobile home with a 14 × 30 living room. I was afraid the 65" might be too large, but low a ND behold , it is perfect. I am 79 yrs old a d reading T V screen can be tough sometimes. I sit at the far end of the room and don't miss a thing. Also the sound is great. I still look behind me occasionally because I hear things I didn't hear previously. Thanks Bill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great. What I have a problem with is your proprietary operating system. You cannot put the downloader app on which I need for my IPT to download, Therefore I had to go out and purchase another TV from a competitor which operates Google TV. I was able to do everything seamlessly with the GOOGLE TV. If you just want to watch TV with their channels that have all the shows from the 90's uy this one other than that stay away unless you can find an older model which runs Google.

I do not use a separate surround sound or center channel so just using the speakers of the tv itself is really lacking. Some better quality speakers would be a better tv in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great the picture quality is the best I have ever seen. The only issue the Bluetooth doesn't work very well and it only has 2 HMDI cable hook ups so I can't use my dvd player. I have to use a cable to have sound for my sound bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredibly slow. Remote seldom works. Sometimes you get sound sometimes you don't. Nothing is easy. Give yourself plenty of time to turn it on and find your show because it takes forever. Better yet, don't buy this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with this TV. The color and brightness are terrific. It was also very easy to get up and running out of the box. This is our second Samsung TV and they've both been excellent purchases. Recommended.
