The picture quality is vibrant, sharp, and clear—even in brightly lit rooms. The colors really pop, and the 4K upscaling makes everything look better. Setup was super easy, and the smart features are fast and responsive. Streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube run smoothly, and the remote is user-friendly. Sound quality is decent out of the box, though I paired it with a soundbar for a fuller experience. Overall, it’s a fantastic TV for the price—perfect for movies, gaming, and everyday use. Bought this tv yesterday. Did the setup and it was confusing to say the least. I’ve set up many TVs and most are straightforward and intuitive. I’ve even set up other Samsungs and this was by far the worst for set up. Now for the actual picture. Right out of the box the picture was not very good. Picture was “washed out” and just didn’t look right compared to our other TVs. Tried online suggestions for correcting colors and sharpness of image. Nothing improves the picture. So disappointed in this Samsung!!! Our cheapy TV, all our other TVs (all 6) are so much better. Our other Samsung (older set) is fine. Plus it has a mind of its own. After turning it off and then returning to watch tv it goes into Samsung plus instead of our satellite provider. This issue just started. At first at least when set was turned on we had our satellite on. And I HATE the remote. Even had our son over to help with adjustments and settings with no luck. Very disappointing product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my new Samsung TV. I replaced a 11 year old TV and could not be happier. It has so many features I love, the first of which is the picture quality and the sound quality, (they both make you feel like you are in the scene as the picture quality is so life like). Additionally, the settings for the picture and sound come in an array of options so you can adjust it to your viewing behavior or likes, and sound likes. The model I have has WiFi, and Bluetooth which are both excellent. The TV has not dropped any connections WiFi home internet connections what so ever. Additionally, the TV offers internet browsing which is also awesome. And it comes with a plethora of preinstalled apps, and you can add more apps if you have a favorite. I use the TV for online streaming of movies and occasional TV shows, as well as playing games. The TV has a library of games available to play and you can connect to online game servers. It also comes with Samsun TV which was awesome too. The quality of this TV is higher than i ever expected. Additionally, the remote is very sensitive and highly responsive. You press a button and the TV reacts without delay. I highly recommend this TV. Thanks Samsung for a high quality product.

I have an Android phone ( I cant afford a smart phone) so I am having some difficulty down loading I have to have someone with a smart phone help me.
