Weird sizing

I am 5’ 130lbs. Normally I wear an xs/s in outerwear, doesn’t generally matter which brand it is. I first ordered this coat in a small. The sleeves were too short %26 it was too tight. I returned it %26 got a medium, this one was way too big in all areas. Returned that too. Weirdly sized.
