Absolutely beautiful

This is a beautiful clock, and it would be great if it worked.  Sometimes, I can make it chime and move by rotating the hands manually.  That will work just once.  After that, all it does it keep time - like a $20 clock.  I can make it work by pushing the Demo button, but I don't want to have to do that every hour.  Unfortunately, this will go back to Sam's.  I'm not going to take a chance on a replacement.
