I bought this jacket for everyday fall wear and I am impressed. The fabric feels durable and substantial while staying comfortable. The water resistant outer works well for light rain and wind. The sherpa lining adds warmth without bulk and the quilted sleeves make movement easy. The fit is true to size and layers well over a tee or flannel. The hood sits well and stays in place. The chest zipper pocket is useful and secure. The snap pockets and storm placket add function and protection. The ribbed cuffs and hem hold shape and block cold air. The style looks polished and practical. This works for casual wear, commuting, and weekend errands. For the price, the quality and construction exceed expectations. My wife bought this jacket for me because I work inside coolers and freezers melting ice with water and doing repairs on motors and fans, it gets really cold when you are in a freezer for long periods of time, and this jacket kept me warm and dry in minus below temperatures, the lining kept me very warm and the inside pocket kept my phone safe and dry. I give this jacket 5 stars, it's a great coat to have in very very cold conditions. I love it !!!
