Not too sweet as it only contains 1g of sugar. I like that there's 30g of protein, 5g of prebiotic fiber and vitamins A and D. All of these are beneficial ingredients. Appreciate that it's gluten-free. Bottle shape makes it easy to hold to shake and drink.

She said that the taste was just okay, and that she liked the amount of protein in it, as well as the fact it has fiber (since it’s super important to up your fiber when increasing your protein). She said she prefers Fairlife still, but would buy this if Fairlife wasn’t available.

So protein shakes have been a game changer. I love trying new flavors since some are better than others but chocolate seems to be the go to. This one is pretty good. Great chocolate flavor. No aftertaste. Doesn’t taste chalky. And mixing it with peanut protein powder makes it taste like a peanut butter cup!

Second of all, this is a great easy option to add protein for a meal or substitute a meal with a good amount of protein. It does taste like a protein shake, it has that distinct taste. But I like it, it’s creamy and yummy for a chocolate shake just with that slightly chalky protein powder taste. For the amount of protein to calorie ratio it’s a great option in my opinion.

It does have a little bit of a tart aftertaste. It’s great that it has 30 grams of protein to help you hit your daily goals.

This protein shake is a delicious snack to help with that. I loved the chocolate flavor! It didn’t have that overwhelming protein shake flavor that most protein drinks do. Not too thick, just like a chocolate milk. Packaging is simple and on point with the Oikos brand.
