[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello loyal followers, it's been a while I know So..the oikos protein shake, well it is what it is, it's a bit more protein-y than shake-y about the way of slim-fast from days gone by, but it's not gross it is smooth and tasty just not as tasty as others in its protein shake genre, and not so much as you would expect from the oikos brand(I am a big fan of the yogurt) The package is misleading it's only 12 ounces but the bottle looks like it should be 20(shrinkflation at its best, like we would'nt notice) so the 30 g of protein is good but as I stated earlier it's a protein shake and taste like one so enjoy

It has a good 30 grams of protein where as most of the protein shake I have tried before had only 15 or 20 grams of proteins. It has attractive packaging and the drink is shelf stable. I am definitely going to try it again and recommend to my friends.

They’re perfect and taste delicious. Protein is so important to maintain a strong body and these are a great way to get that protein in easily. It goes down smooth and has a nice chocolate flavor with minimal aftertaste. The plastic seal around the top of the container was a little difficult to open nearly (as seen in the picture) but other than that the bottle was easy to hold and drink out of.

I’ve actually been looking for one as a breakfast meal replacement. I love how thick it is, and it is very chocolatey. The aftertaste is what I expected from a protein shake, but it’s not overpowering. I also appreciate the fact that it’s less than 200 calories, a whopping 30g of protein, and 1g of sugar. I would add this to my meal replacement repertoire for sure. It was over 5 hours before I started to feel hungry again.
