The flavor was good, the texture wasn't grainy or powdery, and it didn't upset my stomach! All wins! It reminds me a lot of the Fairlife protein shake, but the chocolate flavor is stronger in this one! I would definitely try out other flavors in the future.

It does have a slightly chalky after taste but it’s very mild. It’s great for on the go but, the part where you tear the plastic to open the bottle could use a little work.

The flavor was rich, smooth, and genuinely tasted chocolatey. It wasn’t overly sweet or chalky like some other protein drinks. It sort of tasted like a Wendy’s frosty, but much healthier considering the protein, which helped me feel refueled and energized post-workout. One thing to note: I did experience a slight stomach ache shortly afterward. I'm not entirely sure if it was related to the shake, but it's something I’ll keep an eye on next time I try it.

I’m very sensitive to protein tasting chalky so I was nervous but honestly this shake had none of that! The consistency was a little thinner than I was expecting but all in all great for those protein goals!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello loyal followers, it's been a while I know So..the oikos protein shake, well it is what it is, it's a bit more protein-y than shake-y about the way of slim-fast from days gone by, but it's not gross it is smooth and tasty just not as tasty as others in its protein shake genre, and not so much as you would expect from the oikos brand(I am a big fan of the yogurt) The package is misleading it's only 12 ounces but the bottle looks like it should be 20(shrinkflation at its best, like we would'nt notice) so the 30 g of protein is good but as I stated earlier it's a protein shake and taste like one so enjoy

It tasted like a tootsie roll, which I really don’t like. If that’s a flavor that you like, then this is the protein shake for you, but I wouldn’t get it again.
