[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to try the oikos chocolate shake. It had a great taste with a good creamy texture. 30 grams is the most ice seen in such a good tasting shake and kept me full for a while. Great deal for this product.

It is also shelf stable and doesn't require refrigeration. It makes it easy to grab on the go and not worry about it going bad. It contains 30g of protein in a bottle. The bottle is 180 calories.

The texture is quite thick like any other protein drink. I’m 119 lbs female and it did keep me full until lunch. I would definitely buy again and I hope they make a lactose free version one day

I like that I’ve been able to find it at more than just my regular retailers. A big con for me is not being able to rebuy a protein product because it’s super hard to find but that isn’t the case with Oikos. I’m excited to try other flavors. It goes down smooth and has a nice chocolate flavor with minimal aftertaste. The plastic seal around the top of the container was a little difficult to open nearly (as seen in the picture) but other than that the bottle was easy to hold and drink out of.

I love the macros and how it gets my protein intake up in the morning. Great for breakfast or post-workout and packs a great protein punch!
