This a great delicious,tasty , healthy replacement meal . You could live out of the fridge it won't get messy up . But it's better drink it cold 😍😍😍

I gave it an extra star for the amount of protein and fiber, but these shakes really don't taste good. There is no real chocolate flavor, and the overall taste is artificial. It's kind of like drinking a piece of a Hershey bar dissolved in water. The nutritionals are good, but there are better-tasting options with comparable health benefits.

I love the taste of these shakes and I eat Oikos protein greek yogurt everyday so I'm a big fan of Oikos products. The problem is that these shakes contain inulin which is basically chicory root and that really upsets my stomach. I was so happy when the Oikos greek yogurt reformulated a few years so it no longer contained it and I could eat it, but sadly these drinks contain it so I won't be buying them.

By FAR my favorite protein shake. So easy to drink, it doesn't seem "thick" or have an aftertaste like many other protein drinks I've tried. No added sugar or artificial sweeteners and 30g of protein make this a nutritious snack during the day or after a workout! Lasts a long time in the pantry, it's nice I don't have to store them all in my fridge at once!

The chocolate Oikos Protein shake is good and very convenient to start a busy morning at work. I love that it tastes really good and has no aftertaste. Also, it helps with our protein intake giving us 30g and only 1g of sugar. The packaging works perfect since it comes in a 12oz plastic bottle and can open and close to avoid any spills.

This protein shake in chocolate flavor is my everyday post-workout go to drink. Packed with 30g protein and only 1g sugar, it tastes like a chocolate dream and is super smooth on palate. Perfect for quick snack or quick breakfast too. I sometimes like to add it to my coffee to supercharge myself for the day and it can be taken to anywhere and everywhere, fits easily in my bag
