[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ION Party Rocker Go High-Power Portable Boombox with party starter lights provides excellent sound. It is easy to set up the boombox. It fully charges in 6 hours with the USB-cable that comes with the boombox. It is easy to connect the boombox to the ION Sound XP app and to turn on Bluetooth. It is easy to navigate the app and you can also use the radio button on the boombox. It is so much fun to see the lights and the bass radiator lighten up with multi-color that beat-sync to the music. I love that you can connect even two phones to the boombox. The sound is of superb quality and very crisp. The control buttons are easy to use with the ability to adjust volume. I highly recommend this fun boombox!

It is about the size of a small boombox from back in the 80s but packs a powerful punch in sound like something out of the future. I did not expect to have such an amazing and high quality sound as I get with this speaker. This is just a speaker. You do need a device with your music or sound on it. I have this paired with a phone that is just full of music so I have a couple hundred songs. There is a bass button to give an extra bass boost. You can control the volume either with your sound source or with buttons on the speaker. The speaker has a few buttons on the front across the top. You can control the speaker with these buttons or with your sound source ie your phone. The first button is a play/pause button. The next button has 3 functions. This controls the lights. If you press once it turns on the square light surrounding the ION name. This light constantly changes colors in a fade mode from one color to the other. Press again and it lights up the speakers on each side of the device. This light is always white. If you press a third time it adds the strobe lights. These are lights along the bottom of the speaker as well as a ball type light on each side of the speaker. These lights are also constantly changing colors pretty quickly. These are green, red, and blue. The light on the square around the name has a few more colors. Then you have the bass button. The next is your bluetooth button, the power button, then a radio button, and two buttons - and + and these have dual functions. You can control the volume with these and also if you press and hold it will go back to the beginning of the track or press twice quickly and it goes to the previous track. The + will also increase the volume or skip to the next track. I have not had the speaker very long and I am still finding new cool features. Before the first use you need to charge the speaker for at least 6 hours. The speaker comes with a charging cord but you need to have your own plug. It's the same type plug your cell phone or other charging cords connects to. It is USB. I have used the speaker for several hours and have not had to recharge yet. You can also use a 1/8 AUX cable, which is not included, and connect a sound source this way instead of using bluetooth. I assume you can also use while plugged in but I have not tried this. The speaker says it is waterproof so it can be used near pools and even in the rain. I also have not done this and probably would be afraid to leave out in the rain. The lights are amazing in the dark and you can be up to 100 feet away from the speaker and it will still stay paired with your sound source. I would definitely recommend this speaker and would purchase in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ION Audio Party Rocker Go came in handy during my now 13-year-old son’s birthday party. The ION Audio Party Rocker Go was a hit with the kids. They especially liked the multi color lights that beat sync to the music. Furthermore, the bass radiator along with the multi color lights allowed the lights to glow as the music based. My 10-year-old daughter said it reminded her of music parties that she saw on television shows. Here are some features that I found impressive. The ION Audio Party Rocker Go is Bluetooth compatible. We were able to stream and control music up to 100 ft. Furthermore, we all thought the dual connect audio was cool. My son was able to connect his iPhone and my daughter was able to connect her iPhone. They were able to play songs on their individual phones that they liked. Gone are the days of putting batteries or plugging in boomboxes. This high power portable boombox has a built in rechargeable battery. We no longer have to manually turn up/down the volume. The ION Audio Party Rocker Go comes with an ION Audio Sound XP app. The app allowed us to control the audio and lighting. We cannot wait to take this to the pool or the beach as this is advertised to be water resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ion party rocker is unbelievable! I can’t tell enough people about it! It’s very portable, Bluetooth hookup with fm radio still on it. It has disco lights if you want to get the party going. It gets very loud but he sound quality is amazing! I stuck it in the middle of the yard ( pretty far away ) and it stayed connected to my phone and the sound quality was still perfect. There is a button for bass which is cool. I’m in love with this stereo! I can’t wait to make new memories with this gem! It is charged with a USB cord and it actually lasts hours! I think everyone needs one of these in their life!! Game changer for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying this ION Audio Party Rocker Go Boombox. This thing is a party starter wherever it goes. So far, we have taking it with us on a camping trip, used it several times at our homeschool meetings and I frequently use it while I am doing chores or yard work. It has a built in handle that makes carrying it along with us a breeze. This boombox is water resistant so we can use it by the pool or at the beach while we are camping. We used it at our campsite while cooking out with some of our neighbors from surrounding campsites and everyone loved the lights. There are two disco balls lights on the top that cast multi colored lights into the ceiling or surfaces. There is also a light bar at the bottom, a lighted bass panel on the front center and lights in each one of the speaker areas. There is a button that lets me control the lights or have them beat along to the music. There is also a button to boost the bass and this thing is pretty loud for its size. You can actually see the bass bumping in the front lighted panel of this boombox. I love that I can answer calls from my phone on this boombox while I am streaming music over Bluetooth. The boombox has the option to use over the air radio stations to listen to music. I can connect two Bluetooth devices to this boombox so we can use it in DJ mode to switch through songs. The battery lasts a long time during charges and it does come with a charging cable included in the packaging. It has an app that lets me control the lights, music settings and radio from my phone from up to 100 ft away so I don’t have to be near it to operate it. This is the coolest boombox I have ever seen and everyone just loves the cool light effects.

It has ball lights in the build which throw colorful lights on the ceiling to make a disco party environment. The sound quality is amazing and is also loud. You can control the bass level. Good portable speaker for camping, beach trips, or at-home parties.

I got this for daughter's 4yrs birthday party and my husband and I were thrilled at how amazing this speaker sounds. I am into music so hearing that bass sound blew up my mind. I love so much that is chargeable so no need for a cord running through the yard. The charge last for a long time too. The sound is crisp and LOUD! It goes so loud I probably won’t even turn it up all the way cause there is no need to. You have the option to turn the lights on it off during the day and then once the sun goes down turn them on and it looks so nice. The bass sounds amazing! Love it!

Of course my kiddos are obsessed with it and want to constantly play with it. They are mesmerized by the lights and how well, loud and clear the music plays ! Colors are vibrant & travel to the entire area. Thankfully it’s too heavy for them to pick-up but its so easy for us to travel with. It doesn’t have too much weight for us. Love that its portable and we can go from room to room even if we leave our phone in another room to charge. Connectivity doesn’t really break and connection to bluetooth was a breeze on our iPhone’s. Buttons / Options are very easy to select and understand. Did download the app & that was very helpful and provided additional features. I did have difficulties registering it, kept giving us an error message. That & the long charge time was the only Con / negative. We’re an anxious family lol. But not a deal breaker. I wish I would’ve known of this gem before ! Yes, we will have for general use. BuT!! This is going to be a hit in all our future gatherings. I can’t wait to pull this out in our Summer BBQ’s or my kiddos Birthday Parties!!!
