This one , I like the peppermint coolness, it just feels almost too thick. I will see as time goes on, if my lips feel good....*crossing fingers* :)

I inherited some fondness for Carmex lip-balm from my husband's family. The problem with Carmex, though, is that no matter what format you buy it in, it makes your lips a slimy mess and leaves a distinct, rather unpleasant after-taste. But hey, it heals your lips nicely, and an application at night will bring soft lips in the morning. Cue this product, which I bought because I refuse to wear the slime during the day. Burt's Balm begins with a freshening/soothing feeling that clearly stems from pleasant peppermint oil- and is that a hint of chamomile?- which gently fades into simple, healthy skin. No abrasive, lingering, highly chemical aftertaste. My sole complaint is that I feel like I have to reapply it more than I'd like, but let's be frank- the feeling of application is great enough it's hard to care, and in light of the chemical-slime from before it's barely worth noting as a price to pay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this lip balm for over 10 years now and loved it the entire time. Every once in a while I'll try something else, but nothing compares. It moisturizes without becoming addicting like some. I also love the minty, tingly feeling.

In trying to wean our family from plastics, I'm happy to see products like this lip balm in a tin and not in a plastic tube that will end up in the landfill or oceans. I really like this balm's tingle and it is effective for dry lips. Please make tinted lip balms in tins!

I love the feel and smell of it. I like that there's no sunscreen in it because I slick this on before bedtime a lot so there's no reason to have the sunscreen.

I bought this to give it another try after initially not liking the first chapstick I’ve tried from this brand. I just never feel that moisture that I feel from other chapsticks. I really want to like these but they just never feel nice on my lips it feels like I have to struggle to apply.

This bee's wax lip balm was the first Burt's product I ever used. It's definitely the one found most often in stores. While it does cost more than most lip balms, it's worth it. Burt's Bee's Wax goes on smooth especially if it's been warming in your pocket. It tastes and smells of peppermint in addition to the cool, tingly feeling you get putting it on. It was this lip balm that led me to your wonderful products. I don't know how I could praise it more.

I like variety. I always try different brands or different products of the same brand, BUT not with this lip balm. I have tried different brands of lip balm and different lip balms from Burt's Bees, but I ALWAYS end up going back to this lip balm. I love the mint scent and feel on my lips! I just wish it had more peppermint! From now on, I am going to stick to this lip balm. It just simply works the best.

This was my first Burt's Bee product I got and I love, Love, LOVE this stuff. It goes on smooth and makes your lips feel tingly and amazing. Like with most lip balms you don't have to reapply this every 5 minutes and you see a difference with the condition of your lips. Mine used to be very chapped and would sometimes crack, but now they are smooth and moisturized. Great stuff! And did I mention how much I love the scent and taste?! :)

Living in Maine with this crazy weather, my lips get painfully raw and chapped. It feels terrible and looks worse. This lip balm is very soothing and it healed my lips up pretty fast. Now I use it all the time to prevent those bad flair ups. I definitely would recommend this for mild to severe cases of chapped lips. It smells good too.
