My whole family and lots of friends use this product. I have been out in a ladys' room reapplying my burts, & ladies will say," Burts can I please borrow it." It keeps your lips moist and I love the tingling it lets on yor lips. We have used this product for 15+years. Always on hand. Now the grandchildren are starting to use it. You know if you have a runny nose and you look like rudolph from using soo many tissues. If you put a little lips balm on freshly washed hands and put it on your nose. no more chapped nose. It is amazing. No germs on your Burts, because you have clean hands.

This product definitely does the job and soften my lips when they get chapped. I docked it 1 star because I don't like the tingly sensation I get from the peppermint when I initially apply it. I really it didn't have that. Even so, this is my go to lip balm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite Burt Bee's product. I use it daily before applying my lipstick. My lips feel soft and healthy. The sensation I receive when I apply it is amazing. I can feel the beeswax working on my lips.

Every once in awhile I try the other kinds of lip balm that Burt's Bees introduces, but I always fall back on this old faithful. Long lasting, smells (and tastes) great, keeps my lips super soft, and is all natural. When it comes to lip balm I wont buy anything but Burt's Bees. I love it!

I own a variety of lip balms of all types, but I love this one during cold weather for added protection and moisture. The only problem I have is wear length but that just happens to be a personal quirk. Be careful about age. If not used after some time it dries up a bit and makes it more difficult to apply.

I've sworn by Chapstick my entire life. I've had every flavor ever created. I just bought my 1st Burts Bees lip balm (with Acai berry)... I feel born again.... I'll never use that other brand again!!! (I don't even want to say their name anymore). Thanks Burt!

My lips burned and were dry after using this chap stick and it was expensive and highly recommended. It's made with natural products and it's good for the environment. But it's not worth it-I just use gasoline now and it's much cheaper. Don't waste the money.

This is such an excellent product. I play a wind instrument for a living, and cracked or chapped lips make things very uncomfortable. This lip balm protects and heals my lips, and the peppermint tingle feels great when they're tired from hours of playing. The minty smell and taste can be too strong for some, but I appreciate it. Sometimes the balm goes on rather thick, but that's all the better for protecting my lips when they're cracked.

Upon using this lip balm, I immediately felt a tingling sensation. This lip balm, compared to others, really reaches deeper into the cracks of your lips in areas that need repairing. The scent is fresh peppermint, but it's not potent enough to be smelled from afar once applied to the lips. My lips instantly felt and looked smoother and healthier. Definitely plan on buying again!

I recently noticed my lip balm just wasn't right - didn't seem to last as long or be as healing. I read the back of the tin and found that the ingredients had been changed! There is no longer any comfrey root included in the formula. And an addition of canola oil has been made. I know that comfrey is used in several of BB's other salves for healing so why remove it? I am disappointed in you! I finally found a lip balm that lasts and now it's changed. Not cool.
