Love to give Legos. This set is good for both boys and girls. It has a few items within the set so the child can start with building the boat or save it for last. Easy to follow directions. 7 or 8 years old or Lego pros might not bother with directions. Works as a reward as well as a birthday gift.

While lego products never fail, and all children love them at some point in their childhood, the only negative thing I can ever say is the cost for parents that have kids that love legos is tough! Fabulous product, intricate detail and hours of fun over and over! The gift was a big hit, and the hours if fun he had building it with his dad was the joy we receive! Great job lego, but please consider pricing so that all families can enjoy them.

Purchased for my 5 year old kiddo for Christmas. He received a few Lego sets over the holidays and chose this one of all of them to start first. Took him 2 hours from start to finish with plenty of snack breaks in between. He didn't need a lot of assistance with the pieces as the lego builder app made it easy to follow. A bonus that it comes with two separate pieces and he can play in the tub!

Our son loves Legos and this was a fun build for him. Not the most complex build if you are an advanced builder but it is appropriate does the age category nonetheless. Instructions were great. You can never go wrong with Lego. Pricing is high, but true to the brand.

This Lego boat is so cute. My son loved building it and it actually floats, so he absolutely loves it. I felt it was a good value and sparks imaginative play.

My8 year old grandson wanted this for Christmas. He had it completed in 30 minutes and it was put away. Paid 75.00 for 30 minutes of fun. Way overpriced!

So cool that you can actually float it in the water and I love the shark even though ever since jaws I'm scared of them!

my son loved this it was big and very nice toy when put together. he loves the shark that came with it !

not sure i can agree it's worth the price. its a cool little kit don't get me wrong but it took maybe 45 mins to assemble
