Great cheese for you salads and sweet tacos. Very crumbly can not just slice and eat as it falls apart into crumbs but delicious crumbs. I use it as a topping for many snacks but my favorite is on salads

This cheese isn't near as good as the fruit stilton Sam's carried over the holidays. This is okay but I wouldn't purchase it again.

Really good, but also a little crumbly.

While I understand this product can easily crumble, it wasn’t servible given how crumbly and messy it was overall. Ended up dumping about half of it as it wouldn’t keep any form. While I didn’t freeze it, perhaps it had been stored frozen?
