I want to start eating healthier, so I had my girlfriend pick this up at our local Walmart. The brand on the package was labeled as "Brownberry", but from what I understand, Arnold, Oroweat and Brownberry are all the same brand essentially. I guess it depends on the location of where you buy it? I don't know but more to the point...We should have put more importance on checking the ingredients. Whole grain wheat is great and all, but I was surprised to see sugar was added. And boy can you tell. This is so sweet it's barely even bread. I told my girlfriend if it were any sweeter, it would taste just like a big molasses cookie. I used it anyways, but the sweetness of the bread kind of ruined the taste of the sandwich overall. If you too are looking for whole wheat in order to eat healthier, there are much better breads on the market in my opinion. And trust me, if a big guy like me is complaining about something being too sweet (or sweet at all for that matter), you know there's something wrong.

Great bread!!! And its good for you too!! Has lots of fiber!! It really fills you up when you make a sandwich with it. Makes great toast too - with peanut butter on it.
