[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. This is my review of Olay Facial Melts Water Activated Daily Facial Cleanser. I felt a positive response to my first look at the product as the box showed a smiling woman with a sudsy face. When I opened the package, I was a little confused. There are 4 sections with 8 small "cleansing melts" in each for a total of 32 in the box. A "cleansing melt" appears to be a small square with layers of tissue thin soap. Although there is a printed pattern on the top of the "melt", several stuck together and it was initially difficult to tell what was just one "melt" . I found the layers of the "melt" also separated when removed from the package. I followed the directions to soak a "melt" in your hand for 3 seconds, then "activate" the "rich, creamy lather". Following the picture, I rubbed my palms together. I wouldn't call the result "a rich, creamy lather". It was more like a thin film of suds. I tried it several times, with varying amounts of water. When I did "massage onto face then rinse" I found that my skin felt uncomfortably tight until I applied a moisturizer. In summary, this is not a product I would purchase or recommend. The only reason it might be convenient is for air travel as it isn't a liquid. But it also has an odd number of "melts" per package--using two per day, morning and evening, it would last 16 days. It seems more of a gimmick to me than a worthwhile product.

It's super fun to use what it looks like paper and see it dissolve and turn into a foamy face wash. Easy to open package you just grab one piece, put on a wet hand and just mix it! Super convenient to use and does not take a lot of space like bottled face wash.

They're compact easy to carry and travel even in checked baggage.

I'm so thrilled I gave these a try. These new melts are a game changer when it comes to traveling. They will fit into any purse or bag and can be used with just little water. Olay's Facial Cleanser Melts Are activated by water and then turns into a lather, in which is just enough to get the face clean. Not only did it leave the face clean but I also enjoyed the scent it left behind. Did I mention it has vitamin C! I would highly recommend to give these a try.

Olay facial cleanser was a new interesting way to wash your face without an entire bottle. The little tabs go far with tiny bit of water and I lathered up in my hands before applying to my face. The scent was a little strong in my opinion and had a perfume type smell. The wash helped clear off my makeup and easy to wash off. I would definitely use this for when I travel.

It lathered good but I didn't like the way to get it lathered. I guess I'm used to my cleanser. It makes my face a little dry afterwards.I would like for the melts to be a little bigger. Olay Facial Cleansing Melts with Vitamin C I tested this product recently and I was very impressed with the results. It removed all of my makeup easily no scrubbing. I didn't need to use any makeup wipes or special makeup remover. I think this product would be a great choice for most people aside from children but only because it is not tear free!

It's a great way to clean your face after a long day, or as soon as you wake up in the morning. When I first saw the product, I was surprised by how small each melt was. I placed it in my hand, added a few water drops and started lathering it up in my hand. It lathered quickly and went on my face smooth. It had a nice clean crisp scent to it. The melt easily washed off and left my skin feeling so fresh and cleansed. I would definitely recommend this product. Anyone from the age 16 and up, I would say this product is for.

First, I was skeptial about the size of the product but then I tried it. It lathered really well. After using the products for four days I have to say that I would purchase this product again. I used this facial cleanser and its really cute and we can carry anywhere easily and it has a good smell and gives brighter skin after washing. It melt in water with in a few seconds and gives a good foam and its really good for a clear skin. I Love the product and its a real worth to buy and it has Vitamin C which is really needed for any age group people. Overall love it.
