Nature's Own 12 Grain, the best bread available.

I don't eat much bread and have found that Nature's Own 12 Grain bread is about the best I have ever eaten. It retains it's freshness and flavor, even when toasted. It is more substantial than most other breads. I have been buying it for several years after discovering its quality. My only problem is rarely finding it on the shelves at Walmart or any other store, especially since I have to drive for about 20 minutes to shop there. Walmart is the only store that I have found that carries 12 Grain. Thanks.

Molds Fast!

Was moldy within a few days of opening, days before the expiration date! And this happened 2 times in a row with this same brand at 2 different stores in town. Such a waste of money!! I only used 2 slices out of each bag and ended up biting into a moldy sandwich with my 1st batch before seeing the mold on the crust. My husband’s compost loves it I guess.

I've been eating Arnold bread for over 30 years and I'm going to stop using it since they changed how they make it and the packaging is different. They eliminated the double packing and now they only have the one package that has a twist tie on it with the bread directly in it with no other wrapper. The other day I got that bread and the twist tie wasn't on right and the package was open with the bread exposed. Totally unsanitary the way their packaging it now. also over the last year they've been messing with the formula of how they make the bread and I definitely don't like the texture or the taste of it now.

DRY

Of all of the Arnold bread I have tried this one is the driest. It is extremely crumbly and difficult to chew at times. However the flavor is good but Arnold is just an inconsistent product all together unlike it's superior Oroweat counterpart on the West Coast.

SNEAKY AD! WON'T SHOW YOU THE INGREDIENTS LABEL

Everyone else's bread listings do show that. It's required, by federal law, to be printed on the package, and it is, but Arnold Bread isn't letting us see it. You should expect to find that Arnold Bread is overwhelmingly made of NON-whole wheat flour, and then ...because federal law says a food producer must list the ingredients in descending order of percentage that you eat ...you should expect to find that the "multigrain" other grains are only in this bread in the tiniest, tiniest concentrations. That fact means that your body does not get all of the "amino acids' that it MUST get to turn protein into you, so you will be malnourished if you eat this bread, or any other sneaky, slimey, fake, bad, body-killing bread like it instead of 100% whole grains. P.S.: Why do companies cheat you this way? (1) Whole wheat flour costs them more money, (2) Other grains, the "multi" grains, cost them more money than wheat flour, (3) It's harder to make 100% whole wheat bread and make it rise. Why? The gluten ... which is actually VERY GOOD for you; it's the only protein in all grains, Stupid ... the gluten has not been removed from real whole wheat flour, and it makes the dough stronger, so it doesn't rise as easily as white flour dough. (4) For that reason, you must spend a little more money to make whole-grained bread by adding more wheat gluten and more sugar or honey. That's why.

Best bread ever...way to go Arnold!!!!

Very, very good tasting bread, and good for you. All the grains and seeds you would ever want in bread. Did I mentioned it tast good? Just slap some butter or peanut on it, and sit back while eating it...You'll think you're in heaven.

Healthy and best taste

Arnolds is the best bread on the market. I've tried them all. Arnolds produces high quality products and are always fresh. Again, best bread on the market.
