These juicy chicken thighs were easy to prepare in that all I did was rub them with olive oil, herbs, and fresh garlic. Then I sear them in an oven safe pan, skin side down, to get them all crispy, before popping them into the oven. It's one of the easiest weeknight comfort foods around, and it pairs well with many different sides. I recommend letting the herbs sit for a little while to better infuse the skin with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these chicken thighs because I usually buy them from other stores at a higher price. They're just as good!
