The overall concept, packaging and ease of use, along with usefulness, is great. This is my second purchase of a Bentgo box and my daughter really likes to peruse through the website for her pattern. I rate it at a 4 star and not a 5 for one repeatable issue that I would flag. Especially in the smaller compartments, I put fresh fruit into them for her daily lunch. I noticed that with both boxes that I have, the rubber sealing that surrounds the smaller compartments (with the fruit) always seem to develop black areas that look like mildew or something and are definitely a degradation or decay/pitting of the rubber. I'm guessing that it's due to the acid from the fruit (strawberries, raspberries, etc) but no matter how hard I try to scrub it off, it doesn't remove the black pitting or stain. Eventually on my older box, I had to dispose of the casing due to the pitting in the rubber, so I assume there's a 4-5 month useful life of these items at a maximum. Overall though, they're perfect for a toddler's lunch!

5 star for the product itself, 1 star for customer service. This is my 3rd bentgo box and prefer it over other brands because of its durability. I’ve never had an issue shipping before (ordered from Amazon), but this time I ordered through the company itself. It said my box was delivered (via the tracking #), but it wasn’t. So I tried to submit a claim with UPS and the tracking link said I had to go through USPS, so I tried to submit a claim there and they said I had to go through UPS. I finally got through to UPS and they said a manager would be calling me (they never did). In the meantime, I emailed bentgo, not once, not twice, but 3x as I needed this for my daughter’s school lunch since school was about to start. I also reached out to Bentgo via Facebook messenger and it took almost a week for Bentgo to respond to either email or message. In the end, UPS figured it out and got it to me 2 days later, but the delay in response was really disappointing and as a consumer, I feel I went above and beyond to get my purchase to me, but it took forever for the company to even reach out. I didn’t even bother responding to the email once they finally responded. So, I’ll most likely continue using the product, but I’ll never order through Bentgo again.

My granddaughter was so excited to receive her Bentgo Kids Prints Lunch Box in the darling llama print! She has already been using the lunch box at summer daycare and can't wait to take it when school starts. The compartments are just the right size for what she likes to eat and everything is held very securely. The box itself is so sturdy and being able to remove the tray for thorough cleaning is a real plus. We love Bentgo!

This luncbag is great. It fits the Bentgo lunchbox with several snacks. The mesh pocket for cups is the perfect size and adjustable. I'm so happy with my purchase and so is my little one. It's also easy to clean. I wipe it down every night with wipes and it's fine.

Bentgo is the only brand we buy now for our kid's lunchboxes. The bento boxes hold up incredibly well and keep all our kids' food separate. We've been stuffing them into ill-fitted lunch bags for years and finally ordered the Bentgo brand lunch boxes this year. I'm so glad we did - they are so vibrant and well made and I love the spot on the side for their water bottles. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I bought this for my 4 year old grandson who is very tough on his lunch boxes for Day Care. This is very well made and large enough to hold juice boxes, fruit, a sandwich and snacks. The sharks print is beautiful, happy, lively and colorful. My husband said he would very readily use this bag himself to take his lunch to work!

My grandchildren, 7 and 4 love their lunchboxes. They seem to find food more fun and appetizing when served in the trays so I use it at most meals, and not just for school. If I add a little appetizer fork it is magical how much more interested in new foods they are. I can tell that my seven-year-old will need the adult size box next year, and I wish I had fully noticed the size when I ordered.

These are the absolute best lunch boxes for kids 2-10, we’ve gotten so much use out of ours and they’re so convenient! They’re easy to open, dishwasher safe and my kids just love them because all their foods are in different compartments. You know toddlers like their food separated lol

My daughter wanted a bag with a shoulder strap to carry her bentgo in. This does the trick! She loves that it matches the cute design of her bentgo. I love that it has a pocket for a drink or thermos and a little bit of extra space inside incase I want to add something extra. We have been satisfied with our purchase!

The quality an functionality is great. I love the versatility of the carrying function. It's easy for my 5 year old to carry. The only reason I didn't give it all the stars is because it doesn't easily fit the smaller bentgo snack box along with the larger one that matches this set that I usually pack in there. But I understand everyone uses it differently, everything still fits in there snugly but it works.
