I recently had such a positive experience with bentgo! We Have 2 of their bentgo kids lunch boxes and we are super happy with them.

After contacting customer service for help with an issue, they quickly got back to me and sent me a replacement with no hesitation!

They are replacing 2 of our boxes that broke- even one that is not on warranty. Easy communication, very responsive!

We love our Bentgo boxes. We have one for each person in our family. We had a little blip, but customer service was quick to respond to our request.

We bought this as our toddler's first "real" water bottle. It's been a great step up to a bigger bottle that he uses regularly at daycare!
