Purchased a Bentgo Kids Prints lunchbox for my five year old earlier this month. It’s a great little product, and my kid absolutely loves it. However, I did have a small issue of the lid being exceptionally difficult to close, and kept popping open as if the insert were slightly too tall to fit. After reaching out to Bentgo customer service, they promptly sent a new one without requiring the old one back! The whole process was easy, and I definitely appreciated their understanding. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend them to friends and family—Bentgo appears to genuinely care about it’s consumers :)

I got the bentgo lunch box for my little one and he LOVES it. Sadly a latch broke off and I contacted the customer service to see if that issue would be covered in the product warranty. Not only was it covered, the customer service that I have received from Ria was prompt and GREAT. Definitely would be purchasing another one. I have never had such great customer service. Thank you sooo much.

I purchased these lunch boxes for my kids. They work amazing and my kids love that they can fit a variety of items in it. One of the boxes developed mold, so I reached out to Bentgo's customer service. They gave me some instructions to clean the box. Unfortunately the mold did not come up. Bentgo's customer service was quick and friendly to warranty the box. I highly recommend Bentgo brand items to anyone.

We are having way too much fun with this. My daughter “oohs and ahhs” when I take out her lunch box. It’s always a nice surprise. I sometimes lay things out and she packs it herself. Choosing which compartment to put things in puts her in a collaborative mode (it’s a win/win)

Everything is great with the products we have. They work well and are airtight! The only thing I wish we could do is upgrade the boxes with the collection colors. I bought the one before the boxes came with the print on the outside. It would be great if there were stickers we could buy that would upgrade the boxes with the design they should have. On another note one of my kids designs has all the accessories and another child only has the box and bags in her design. When will all the designs have all the accessories? And when will there be stainless steal for both utensils and bottles?

I was hesitant to try the Bentgo for a long time because it looked to have less space than some of its competitors. After purchasing two for my children I have learned that it actually hold as much as the others and is incredibly leak proof, solid and easy for the kids to open and close. We have tried MANY brands and Bentgo are our favourite leakproof bento boxes. Worth every penny!

I really recommend this lunch box to parents with little kids. I really like the proportions and that it has 5 spots for different foods. I often pack some extra snacks. We have not had any spills, are easy to clean and really are leak-proof! They are Super cute; and I can see them lasting a long time...if future issues arise the warranty is there! Bought this lunch box and book bag for my 4 year old and I absolutely love it. It’s completely secure and just very cute. The customer service of the company is amazing as well. The rubber had mold spots and when I reached out they were quick with steps to get rid of the mold. When the suggestions did not work they were amazing and sent me a new one right away even though it was not covered under the warranty. Not only will I keep buying their products because they are great products but because their customer service is exceptional.

I have the pink fairy lunchbox & my daughter loves it and I love it so I can have her try many different foods & I love that it don’t leak so excited they have new colors can’t wait for my daughter to get the new prints she’s almost 2 and I will be buying more for whenever she starts school.
