This lunch bag has been great for my daughter she has loved it.The lunch box is easy to open, clean and seals items really tight! The lunch bag is perfectly sized to keep the lunch box, a drink, silverware and ice packs inside for 8 hours. It’s also super easy to clean! The side poker for the thermos began to rip I reached out to the company and they immediately sent a replacement. I would recommend this company because of their responsiveness, customer service and standing behind the durability of their products.I would definitely recommend this product.

Perfect for my 3 year old, he started preschool this year and I got him a bentgo box because I had seen how easy it is to have variety in a lunch without having a bunch of little containers, and I had to come back and get this lunch box, it fits the bentgo box perfect with a sippy cup on the side!!

Big enough for the bentgo chill as well as utensils and a drink, but small enough to still fit in a backpack. My only complaints are that because it’s not machine washable, I am sure it will look grubby as time goes on, and there are already small holes/indents on the silver, inside lining after only a few uses. My son did get guacamole on it once, however, and I was able to spray it off in the sink it air dry, and it seems to have cleaned up okay.

Still trying to find out the best ways to pack this lunch for my kiddo. Found out the hard way that the seal is not water proof - pancakes with syrup resulted in everything in the box being sticky. Additionally, we don’t usually use the small circle compartment, as not much will fit there. Aside from these two specific things, we enjoy the box!

My 10 yo loves her roller backpack. Very roomy lots of pockets. However lunch box constantly turns to the back. If I put additional straps to hold in front like the company pics shows, the whole thing falls over. I told her to carry lunch box but she doesn’t want to.

The insulated lunch bag is light weight. It has three ways to carry it which I appreciate the designer for being thoughtful. Kids love to grab and go fast. So multiple ways to carry the lunch bag is a good idea. The bag has a water bottle compartment that has a drawstring to either tighten or loosen as needed. This design is perfect for growing kids. The lunch bag is also big enough to store a utensil holder in it. Thumbs up!

My sons favorite things right now are construction vehicles,so getting a lunch box that makes him smile with excitement every time feels great. We’re diehards about our bentgo boxes but finding a lunchbox to hold everything, have a handle to keep the container flat, etc has been challenging. I wish we bought it sooner. The zippers are higher quality than average, the lining cleans easy, the water bottle holder has a CORD TIE instead of elastic so your kids drink never falls out, and the handle options are plentiful. I couldn’t be happier as a mom.

Second lunch bag for my daughter. The first one is used almost everyday despite we have another 4 from other brands to use in turn. It's the most versatile bag for us. It can fit 2 small lunch boxes, or 1 standard box plus a drink or snack/fruit or whatever. And still have a place for the water bottle in the outer mesh pocket. 3 ways to carry make it more versatile. I like it is more like an all-in-one bag. Nothing is left behind. So when my daughter brings the meal to the canteen, she need to carry only one bag with her hand or sling it over the shoulder. Her hands can be free in case she still need to carry something else. Plus she can carry it by the handle on the flap in case I bring her something that need to be laid flat.

We love our Bentgo lunch boxes so much that I bought these two more! We had a few inserts but only one "clamshell" part and I was getting tired of washing it every single night and it got left at school once which made packing lunch tough the next day. Happy to have two more and will keep recommending and buying these amazing, durable, easy to pack boxes.

To start the boxes are a great design, and the prints are nice for children. The boxes will do what they are intended for. We are putting together 50 kindergarten start-up boxes for incoming underprivileged kids in SF. The part that I didn’t like is the customer service was not that great. Anyone thats experienced Chewy customer service they set the standard for customer service. It’s a company for pets. There was no discount consider for buying 50 boxes. For something we plan to continue to do for years to come. The customer service sounded like a teenager answering a call from home that had no customer service training or skills. We hope to use these in future, but will definitely be looking for other options.
