it's cute but I haven't been able to use it much because it has no compartment to heat anything. They heat lunches at our daycare, so it eliminates a ton of lunch options I can give her including dinner leftovers. Not super happy with the product due to this.

Doesn't leak! Great for yogurt parfaits and dips for lunches. I love the variety of compartment sizes to encourage a diverse array of flavors and foods. They are easy to clean and can also go in the dishwasher. If it can hold to up summer day-camp, it can survive anything. We just purchased two additional ones so that we can pre-pack a few lunches at the beginning of week and just have to add in the dry food options in the morning to keep things simple.

The box was way sturdier than I had imagined it would be. The print is gorgeous and the seal works like magic to keep everything inside. The box arrived beautifully packaged. However, it arrived to my PO Box after the posted delivery date & time. I was reassured by customer service via email & over the phone, and received my package the next day. I will absolutely repurchase!

I love these normally but 2 out of the 3 I purchased are extremely hard to close. My Daughters could not get them closed nor could their teachers. They love the designs and the portions are perfect but the teachers request I do not send them with these again unless we get some that work correctly.

Beautifully designed! Only negative is that the plastic seems to stain pretty easily from food. Love all the partitions. Appropriately sized for young children. It can be a little tough for kids under 5 to open the lunchbox initially as it sticks pretty good, but it does get easier with practice :)

Getting my kindergartner ready for the upcoming school year with this and this one is a winner due to it's flexibility of her wearing or carrying the bag with the top handle. Adding an ice pack with the secure zipper enclosure make it easier for it not to slip off and not return home. Hope it's built for the long haul of a school year.

We got the shark and rocket one. Both my boys love it. Pretty good size for kids starting KG and up. You can fit the lunch box and a water bottle and even some more things inside. Seems it has a very good quality material. It has different options your kids can carry it. I also go the snack box and fit nicely with a lunch box inside.

5 star for the product itself, 1 star for customer service. This is my 3rd bentgo box and prefer it over other brands because of its durability. I’ve never had an issue shipping before (ordered from Amazon), but this time I ordered through the company itself. It said my box was delivered (via the tracking #), but it wasn’t. So I tried to submit a claim with UPS and the tracking link said I had to go through USPS, so I tried to submit a claim there and they said I had to go through UPS. I finally got through to UPS and they said a manager would be calling me (they never did). In the meantime, I emailed bentgo, not once, not twice, but 3x as I needed this for my daughter’s school lunch since school was about to start. I also reached out to Bentgo via Facebook messenger and it took almost a week for Bentgo to respond to either email or message. In the end, UPS figured it out and got it to me 2 days later, but the delay in response was really disappointing and as a consumer, I feel I went above and beyond to get my purchase to me, but it took forever for the company to even reach out. I didn’t even bother responding to the email once they finally responded. So, I’ll most likely continue using the product, but I’ll never order through Bentgo again.

I am a little disappointed. As I love the box. We own 3. And 4 of the mini snack boxes. I bought the lunch bags for school this year. 3 of them. And the mesh pocket inside of one of them ripped after just three uses. And what’s crazy, I didn’t even use the pocket.

My kids love these containers. I was able to fit a complete lunch for 6 and 7 year olds. My favorite part about these containers is that they really are leakproof not only as a container but also between sections, something hard to find in most sectionals.
