The handle started breaking almost immediately. The image below is after about 15 days of use. A much bigger issue for me is the size of this lunch bag. It’s huge. It will fit the Bentgo kids lunch box plus the Bentgo kids water bottle inside it, not even counting the external bottle holder. It would be great for picnics, but it’s unwieldy for a little kid to tote to school. The clip is also way too stiff for a little kid to unclasp. My kiddo’s school puts the lunch bags on a cart to haul to the cafeteria, so the 2-in-1 backpack wouldn’t work. I got the regular Bentgo backpack, and this lunch bag will fit inside it but it takes up the entire bag. I’d love if it were about 2/3 the size.

I love the Bentgo lunch boxes for my kids! It's great to be able to pack everyone in one container and be good to go. My kids are 8 and 6 and are easily able to access their lunches on their own during school and summer camp! I can't recommend Bentgo boxes enough!

I am absolutely thrilled with the Bentgo kids lunch box! The 5 compartments are a game-changer, allowing me to pack a variety of foods for my daughter's lunch. Not only does it help keep everything organized, but the leak-proof design gives me peace of mind that her lunch won't make a mess in her bag. One of my favorite features is the ability to include a small treat in one of the compartments. It's such a thoughtful touch, and my daughter loves discovering her little surprise during lunchtime. I’ve been sending my son with separate containers for lunch, and the ease of these Bentgo boxes doesn’t get better. It’s durable, easy to clean, and is the perfect compact size. The designs are adorable, and the customer service is responsive and made sure I was happy with the product.

My daughter loves her new water bottle and Bentgo lunch box. They're her favorite color, purple. Additionally, the water bottle is easy for her to open and close. It's the only water bottle I have been able to get her to drink mostly a full bottle from while she is at school. Only problem so far is I have trouble removing the rubber ring underneath to clean. Additionally, I have lost the air valve plug so it leaks. Customer service has been great though and they indicate they are sending us a new set.

Very nice quality lunch bag with plenty of room for the lunch box, ice pack, and extras. My Kindergartner can have a drink in the classroom during the day, so the drink compartment on the side is especially handy. I wish it was machine washable, but spot cleaning it is. Hopefully the pattern will hide major dirt/spots. I ordered 2 and the zipper of one gets stuck frequently, which caused the fabric to rip. Customer service was great and offered to send me a replacement bag in about a week.

My son loves his new lunch bag!!! Zipper opens smoothly and easily for little kids. Lightweight and spacious that fits our Bentgo lunch boxes. Love the pocket for drinks and the functional carrying straps!! The prints are absolutely adorable! The BEST!!!

I wanted to take the time to write this review to offer a massive shout out to customer service! in today's day and age sometimes it gets so frustrating talking to companies but Bentgo goes above and beyond. They have a customer for life! (and the lunchboxes are pretty cool too!) ❤️

My kids love their boxes! They can be picky but are more willing to eat a variety of food because everything ks so cute and in manageable portions. One box changed shape after dishwashing, and customer service was great! They will be sending a replacement.

Pros: easy for 5YO to open and close, doesn’t leak, the dip compartment is fantastic for making veggies more palatable. Cons: requires separate lunch bag. It’s a little thing, but I’d really love if this compartment setup (with the dip container specifically) came with the Bentgo Chill ice pack setup.
