I received this for my 2 year old as a gift. Awesome lunchbag and she loves it. She called it her ‘fish bag’ and it was a big hit. It did start to have a small rip in the fabric and I was able to quickly reach customer service to solve the issue. A plus for customer service and I’d def buy from this company again!

These containers have been an absolute life saver for me and my family. My son has adhd and ASD, very picky with foods and with foods touching. This gives us the ability to pack a little of each of his favourite foods separately. We have been using these since pre-k and now he is in grade 1. They last a long time and are very durable. We have never had a problem with them leaking. We put a thin ice pack underneath these in his lunch bag and it stays cold all day. I meal prep with these Sunday afternoons so in the morning we can grab and go! We also like the Bentgo snack containers to send for afternoon snacks. Thank you so much for making these and having awesome customer service!!

I bought this lunchbox for my kindergartener in aug 2023. It is now dec 2023 and the lunchbox is very difficult to close, like it is warped or something. I am in contact with customer service, which seems to be more than accommodating when these things happen. Otherwise, I feel this is more for toddlers, not for kids 5+ (unless your kid doesn’t eat). The sections are nice but it’s very difficult to fit a full sandwich. It’s def big enough for a half sandwich. My kid eats so, this doesn’t suit him.

Bentgo saw my review and got in touch about it. They worked with me to find a solution to honor the warranty without the receipt with the retailer I purchased from for proof of purchase. I had a replacement within days. They have the best customer service.

I purchased the Bentgo Kids Prints Lunchbox for my daughter I could not be happier with my purchase! We got it in the puppy love print to match her Bentgo lunch bag, ice packs, water bottle, utensils and backpack. We did the mermaid scale print when she was in Montessori school through 1st grade and for 2nd grade this year, we went with the puppy print. She usually packs things like hummus, ketchup and yogurt and she doesn’t have to worry about them leaking in her lunch because the lunch box is leakproof. The tray is also microwaveable so we can heat up leftover lunch. It’s a great way to make sure she eats a healthy variety of foods and it keeps her eating for a while! We’ve been using Bentgo products for a while now. It’s also dishwasher friendly! I love how the rubber edges protect the box when dropped as well! She even wants to pack it on weekends lol. We’ve had various lunchboxes for the past few years. The only drawback I’ve found is they don’t hold up too well over time, and when kiddo leaves the lunchbox at school over the weekend then mold stains the lid. But they are pretty good about replacing them.

The container is easy to open and close, so she does not need assistance from the teachers. I had to contact customer service and the support and quick responses helped answer all questions I had. We have been impressed by the quality and I LOVE the leak proof feature since she usually takes vegetables for her snack and always wants dressing to dip in.
