I have used these for all 3 of my children (5, 6 and 9). They have lasted 2 years or more, and are treated fairly roughly by my kids. Easy to clean, I put ours in the washing machine on gentle and low heat in the dryer for a few minutes and they come out looking like new. Ample room to hold a bentgo box, snacks, juice box and the flat bentgo ice pack.

Purchased a Bentgo Kids Prints lunchbox for my five year old earlier this month. It’s a great little product, and my kid absolutely loves it. However, I did have a small issue of the lid being exceptionally difficult to close, and kept popping open as if the insert were slightly too tall to fit. After reaching out to Bentgo customer service, they promptly sent a new one without requiring the old one back! The whole process was easy, and I definitely appreciated their understanding. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend them to friends and family—Bentgo appears to genuinely care about it’s consumers :)

I bought this bottle along with the matching box for my daughter. She is obsessed and has been using it every day. I noticed the inside of the mouth piece was getting dirty but I couldn’t figure out how to get inside to clean it. I emailed support and they responded within 12 hours with a diagram and two videos on how to remove every piece and put it back together for easy cleaning. I am so impressed! They standby their products and I know I’ll be buying more in the future.

I really recommend this lunch box to parents with little kids. I really like the proportions and that it has 5 spots for different foods. I often pack some extra snacks. We have not had any spills, are easy to clean and really are leak-proof! They are Super cute; and I can see them lasting a long time...if future issues arise the warranty is there! My kids love their bentgo boxes and so do I!! Fun and easy way to get their lunch together for school, I plan on getting more for their different designs! Would recommend every parent to get one!!! We LOVE OUR BENTGO BOXES!!!!

My 5 year old daughter loves this lunchbox and usually eats everything we pack for her. Portion sizes are perfect. Customer service has been very helpful when a clasp broke about a year after we bought it and they replaced it at no charge. I’d definitely recommend this product.

I bought this for my son in October. For the most part I love the product. However, the model I got last year wasn't as robust as I'd hoped for a kid, and the piece that allows the straw to close broke. Customer service is making it right and sending me a replacement and the 2023 model. I hope this newer model is more sturdy.

My kindergartner has two Bentgo boxes and loves them! One of the trays got a crack in it after about 7 months. I emailed Bentgo and they got back to me so quickly and immediately sent a replacement out! I was super impressed they warranty their products and that replacing it was so easy. Definitely going to keep buying these for my kids!

I bought this lunchbox for my kindergartener in aug 2023. It is now dec 2023 and the lunchbox is very difficult to close, like it is warped or something. I am in contact with customer service, which seems to be more than accommodating when these things happen. Otherwise, I feel this is more for toddlers, not for kids 5+ (unless your kid doesn’t eat). The sections are nice but it’s very difficult to fit a full sandwich. It’s def big enough for a half sandwich. My kid eats so, this doesn’t suit him.

We love the bengo boxes! I love that it helps me to provide a variety of food for my kids. We have 4 boxes, but one of the boxes has always been hard to open. It wasn't a problem, until my daughter went to school and she couldn't open her box without help. I contacted customer service with the issue and they are sending a new box! They have excellent customer service!
