We’ve been using this bento box for my son’s lunches for the past two years and have had no issues at all. He is now almost 5 and it’s still going strong with no leaks or wear and tear. It has ample space for his food. I enjoy the variety of compartments to separate his fruits from his savory foods and sauces. It also fits the little silicone dividers well. Definitely recommend for young kids! Although I may need to start parking additional snacks and foods since he’s been finishing everything in bentogo lately.

Pros: easy for 5YO to open and close, doesn’t leak, the dip compartment is fantastic for making veggies more palatable. Cons: requires separate lunch bag. It’s a little thing, but I’d really love if this compartment setup (with the dip container specifically) came with the Bentgo Chill ice pack setup.

I purchased this water bottle about 2 months ago and found it very hard to clean around the straw. There was mold build up. I contacted customer service, and they are replacing the bottle and have provided instructions on how to clean the straw area effectively to help reduce reoccurrence of mold build up. My daughter likes the easiness of using the water bottle and I will give it another try.

We have several of the Bentgo kids boxes and use them daily for school lunches as well as lunches we pack for trips to the aquarium, farm, park, etc. The largest compartment fits a half sandwich or can be divided using silicone muffin cups. The small round center compartment is perfect for hummus, nut butter, or other dips and it does not leak. We started using these when my oldest child was in preschool and he was able to open and close them on his own. He is now 9 and it is still a perfect size. We wash the inserts in the dishwasher and outer box by hand. We have extra inserts to always have two clean ones on hand. We are able to fit these in our Pottery Barn classic lunch boxes with flat ice packs underneath. Customer service is wonderful too!

These have been great for my 4yo to bring to school daily. They’ve endured quite a beating so far, and I love that they are largely spillproof. My son has unfortunately managed to break the straws, but the fantastic customer service is helping us with that. I wish that they kept water cold longer, but that’s just the nature of a plastic water bottle.

I bought a couple of the unicorn boxes for my kiddos. Awesome design, no leaks and very durable. We have been happily using these “snack-boxes” daily without issue. I created one little hiccup for myself and reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and helped me remedy the situation. We have been and will remain loyal customers, buying for ourselves and gifting to friends and family. Great product and excellent customer service. 5+stars from us!

We received this as a Christmas gift as our son was just beginning daycare. It’s a great box that cleans well! We did have some issues with the silicone on the box but customer service was quick to address our concerns! Otherwise, I will continue to buy their products!

I purchased this 9 months ago because it was highly recommended by other parents. Unfortunately the inside tray cracked unexpectedly. I reached out to Bentgo customer service and they shipped me a replacement tray in two days. I’m extremely happy with the product and even more impressed by the customer service.

We are a bentgo box lunchbox family. Every child has one. Every niece and nephew also gets on for their birthdays. It’s a great box that is durable and high quality. It never leaks. My kids love using it and want to eat everything in their boxes! The designs are so cute too

We have multiple bento style lunchboxes in our home and the Bentgo Kids is the coveted one! Never had an issue with leaks, and it's amazing what you can fit in there with a little Tetris style skills ;) Customer service is A+ as well. We ended up with a crack in the latch, and they will be replacing it free of charge.
