My son is in Love with this lunch box. He's a picky eater and I wanted to get something he'd be excited to use when he start school this fall. Ordered this and it worked great. I havent tried sauces yet, as he doesn't use them, but we put a bunch of food in it and shook it all around lol. The buckles are secure but easy for my 5 year old to open. Unfortunately I ordered some of the additional trays and they just weren't quite fitting right. I messaged customer service and Quickly got a reply. Gonway offered to help after I expressed my concern. My son is going to be so excited! I am very impressed with the customer service and how they went above and beyond to put the customer first.

The patterns are so fun, and my kids love packing their lunch! The container comes apart easily for cleaning. Took off 1 star only because the rubber border on the top of the box may distort in the dishwasher, but once you figure out how to lay it so the prongs aren't touching the rubber it's all good. I'd definitely repurchase this!

We only buy these lunch boxes because they hold up, don’t cause a mess and provides our kids with a variety of snacks along with a place for main lunch to go in. I have picky eaters so this helps them have a variety of foods. It also saves us on space with individual containers or snack baggies to pack all the food it fits.

I bought the Safari lunch box for my granddaughter's first day of child care. I knew she would be nervous. She was so excited to go to school so she could eat her lunch with all the little items we could put in because of the number of compartments. She loves the animals on the lunch box. I got this for my 4th grader perfect size ,no spills , happy kid ! Perfect ! Bag has 2 big zippers too 1 outside and 1 inside which are so usefull and the side mesh pocket is big enough to hold his juice ,even adjust a small danimal smoothie in it safely. Straps are very sturdy and easy to carry , design is vibrant and cute too. Have been using Bento Boxes and Bento lunch bags for so many years. Our whole family is a fan. Cant trust anyother brand other than this one. Amazing customer service too. They really care for their customers.

I bought this lunchbox for my kindergartener in aug 2023. It is now dec 2023 and the lunchbox is very difficult to close, like it is warped or something. I am in contact with customer service, which seems to be more than accommodating when these things happen. Otherwise, I feel this is more for toddlers, not for kids 5+ (unless your kid doesn’t eat). The sections are nice but it’s very difficult to fit a full sandwich. It’s def big enough for a half sandwich. My kid eats so, this doesn’t suit him.

I've had these cups 8 months now, NO LEAKS! My grandson loves the dinosauer printed ones. He's autistic, so he has bit the straws and broke a cap. I can't go anywhere else. The quality and the customer service is PHENOMENAL! Thank you Bentgo for making your customers a priority.

We have multiple bento style lunchboxes in our home and the Bentgo Kids is the coveted one! Never had an issue with leaks, and it's amazing what you can fit in there with a little Tetris style skills ;) Customer service is A+ as well. We ended up with a crack in the latch, and they will be replacing it free of charge.

We have been using a bentgo for going on 2 years now. My little one loves the fun prints, and I love how convenient the compartments are. The lunch box fits perfectly inside her bag, and I don't need to worry about washing multiple different containers.
