My son has been using this lunchbox for about a month at school. I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! Highly recommend both the product and the company.

We have been using a bentgo for going on 2 years now. My little one loves the fun prints, and I love how convenient the compartments are. The lunch box fits perfectly inside her bag, and I don't need to worry about washing multiple different containers.

I have been using this product for a year. It’s perfect for my packing lunch to send to school. It saves a lot of baggies! I have noticed the rubber on the top will stain depending which food I send. Also despite cleaning it daily, the top still managed to get moldy. It was suggested to use cling wrap or something similar between the food and the top. I will try this in the future.

I bought the matching lunch bag for my son's lunch box and am so glad I did. Now he can easily carry any additional snacks and his water bottle all in one package - and he LOVES that they match! It makes my life so much easier and he is happy - win win!

Awesome bag! Fits even other brand bentos. Roomy yet slim and love the option of top and side carry. Would love if they made it in older kid designs or even just no design for older kids/ teens like a navy, black, purple, teal. The bentgo deluxe ones do not fit the bentgo bento style boxes.

My son recieved this as a gift and loved it! It make packing lunch a breeze but I was disappointed when I noticed dark spots on the inside and the lining was coming up in places. I reached out to customer service and they got me set with a replacement

I purchased this 9 months ago because it was highly recommended by other parents. Unfortunately the inside tray cracked unexpectedly. I reached out to Bentgo customer service and they shipped me a replacement tray in two days. I’m extremely happy with the product and even more impressed by the customer service.

I can not say enough great things about this lunch box! I bought the Monster Truck lunch box for my almost 2 year old. So great for throwing a quick lunch together for the park, zoo, or any other outing! I don’t have to worry about putting a barrier down on the table…my little guy just eats right from the lunch box. He loves it! He thinks it’s fun to eat out of. The best parts of this lunch box…NO LEAKS, NO TRASH TO THROW AWAY, DISHWASHER SAFE!!! If you are hesitant…just buy it! You won’t regret it.

I phoned in today because I dropped one of the daycare children's tray that goes in the Bentgo box. The tray chipped and I called in to ask how long a replacement would take to be shipped. Nicholas was beyond kind and understanding and offered to get a replacement sent out right away. As this is an item that belongs to one of my client's children, it eased my mind that I can tell the parent that I have taken care of the situation and she will see a replacement shortly. My daughter is in kindergarten, and very small for her age. She has trouble opening containers, but this bentgo box makes it so easy! She loves the design, and loves how well it separates her food. Customer service is also top notch. So thankful for this company!
