We have been using these boxes since my daughter was 2 and in pre-school. She is now 8 and we are just now moving up to the bigger versions of the Bentgo boxes. They have never leaked when closed properly and I love that the trays come out for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. We did have an issue with the plastic piece breaking off where the latch attaches but Bentgo was quick to reply and replace. We are very happy with them and have no problems recommending!

I have been using Bentgo lunchboxes for my two kids for years. They are great! They are made out of quality material and they are sturdy and versatile. I love the different compartments and my kids love how you can store a variety of foods and snacks in them. I can't see myself ever using anything other than this.

I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! Highly recommend both the product and the company.

My little one really enjoyed her lunch box. We had fun organizing all her snacks into each compartment. It held up pretty well and never noticed any leaking. The only downfall was it started to form mold inside. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly.

I bought this lunch bag with the matching lunch box for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. I want to tell you all about my awesome Bentgo Box! It’s the coolest lunch box ever! First off, let me tell you about the colors. Wow! They’re so bright and fun! My Bentgo Box is like a rainbow. It makes me smile every time I open it! Next, the compartments! There are so many! It’s like a surprise every time Mom packs my lunch. One for sandwiches, one for fruits, one for snacks, and even one for dipping sauces! It’s like a treasure chest full of yummy goodies! And guess what? The best part is it doesn’t mix! Yep, my grapes never touch my sandwich. No soggy bread for me! Everything stays fresh and tasty. Cleaning up is easy too! Mom just pops it in the dishwasher, and it’s ready for my next adventure. I take my Bentgo Box everywhere – to school, to the park, and even on road trips! It’s my trusty sidekick for all my adventures.

We have had two Bento boxes and love them for preschool lunches. Great little spaces for the right amount of food and easy to open. After a year of use our first box started sticking and had mold issue, so we bought another that our preschool child could open herself. Probably won’t last till the second child, but overall a good product.

We started using this about 5 months ago and it was super convenient for daycare. I did notice some black spots appearing on the rubber areas on the cover. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace the item and provided tips on how to clean the box (vinegar and soaking). Overall, very satisfied!

we have been faithfully using bentgo lunch trays for 5 years. we love the prints and the separation of lunch items. it makes meal prepping so easy. my daughter looks forward to her lunch every day. such a fun way to encourage healthy eating. she prefers this over school lunch. we just upgraded to the larger metal one with bigger containers

My 9 year old son’s favorite Bentgo is the sharks print. He uses it weekly at school, rotating with our other Bentgos. He likes that this one has the small round compartment for dips, unlike the Bentgo Chill model. The large compartment is perfect for a half sandwich. We are able to fit these snuggly into Pottery Barn classic lunchboxes with thin reusable icepacks for school. We wash the inserts in the dishwasher and hand wash the shells. This lunch box has been the perfect size for preschool and elementary years.
