We bought a set of a lunchbox and a cup back in August. Unfortunately the lunchbox started to mold and the bottle straw was easily damaged. However, customer service was contacted and they quickly sent a replacement and were able to assist us with our concerns and gave us tips for caring for them in the future.

My son loves his Bentgo box for his school lunches. He likes having the different departments for a variety of foods. I reached out to customer support with an issue I was having and they were extremely easy to work with and resolved the issue in a timely manner! Highly recommend!!

I phoned in today because I dropped one of the daycare children's tray that goes in the Bentgo box. The tray chipped and I called in to ask how long a replacement would take to be shipped. Nicholas was beyond kind and understanding and offered to get a replacement sent out right away. As this is an item that belongs to one of my client's children, it eased my mind that I can tell the parent that I have taken care of the situation and she will see a replacement shortly. I am glad the brand holds up its customer service. I got one of their lovely lunch bags but for some reason the zipper broke. Was a little disappointed as the quality was great size was perfect for my sons bag and it keeps his lunch nice and cold. So I got in touch with them and told them my situation. I couldn’t find the receipt for the life of me but did register. Abby was understanding and help me find a resolution. Will be a returning customer!

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! My daughter loves it and specially that you can carry it like purse with the straps that it comes with! We got one for my daughter for school, and we loved it so much that we got two more, and I got a bigger one for myself! We also got the backpack with a built in insulated pocket, which is perfect for school. The portion size is great, and it’s easy to fit silicone cupcake liners if you want to divide up the space a little more. They are also easy to clean. My daughter loves the fun prints, and is always excited to eat lunch from her lunchboxes!

Love the bento style! Makes the food more interesting for my kids! I love the designs and hopefully they will have more characters like Disney which my kids love and would definitely buy it asap!
