Definitely kid sized. Perfect for under the age of 10 but may be too small for older kids.

Perfect size for my younger kids!!

Unfortunately the compartment sizes are just too small for a full school day. The water bottle flow is terrible. So hard to pull a full sip.

Too small and bottle too slow

My oldest used a BENTGO lunch box and it was a pain trying to fit into other lunch bags.  This time around, I decided to purchase a bag made for the box, and it was the right decision.  The bag is the right fit and still has a bit of space.  Most of all, the insulation works!
