My kid loves this lunchbox! It’s colorful and has decent sized compartments that give plenty of space for a full meal. The sealing is really good it hasn’t broken and my kid is not the most careful user. And it is totally leak proof. Highly recommend!

Purchased a Bentgo Kids Prints lunchbox for my five year old earlier this month. It’s a great little product, and my kid absolutely loves it. However, I did have a small issue of the lid being exceptionally difficult to close, and kept popping open as if the insert were slightly too tall to fit. After reaching out to Bentgo customer service, they promptly sent a new one without requiring the old one back! The whole process was easy, and I definitely appreciated their understanding. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend them to friends and family—Bentgo appears to genuinely care about it’s consumers :)

I bought the fairies for my daughter and recently the clasp broke. Sent an email to customer service (Nicolas) and offered a complimentary replacement. He responded to my initial email same day. Very happy with the service and we really loved this product. My daughter was so sad that it broke! But when I told her it will be replaced - she was happy!

These lunch bags are of high quality. There is plenty of room for the lunch boxes and extras. There are several compartments as well. I ordered 2 and one of the bags has a stuck zipper. This caused the fabric to rip. Customer service was great. I should be receiving my replacement bag in about a week.

My daughter has been using bentgo lunchboxes for 2 years and we LOVE all the adorable prints that can be cute and fun without being an eyesore. The box is so functional and the portion sizes are perfect. The seals are incredible , you can put any liquid in there , it wont spill over to another section. Just one drawback is that its a tad bit heavy for a kindergartener

I purchased two lunchboxes for my grandchildren, and we all love them. We were especially pleased that the no leakage guarantee is valid. The children commented that the cookies remained crisp because the juice from their fruit did not leak. Thank you, Bentgo!

I bought the unicorn Bentgo to make life easier for me. The separate compartments are great, leak proof and I can pack everything all in one as opposed to having multiple containers. It also fits perfectly in the Pottery Barn lunch boxes. The only issue I have is, this particular design has a light purple silicone rim which stains if you put anything that has tomato sauce. My son has the rocket design and there is no visible stain. Customer service has been great and they respond promptly which is a plus. Overall I would recommend this product but just be mindful of which design you buy.

I work in an elementary school. These boxes are all the rage. When I noticed my daughter was one of the only kids not to have one, I had to get her one. I love how easy it is to pack lunch each day. I do not have to look for different Tupperware for all of the different items I send in for her. I love that the compartments are air tight and do not leak into one another (I can put in Ranch without it getting all over everything). I highly recommend!

I had purchased Bentgo lunch boxes for both my 2 year old grandchildren, unfortunately, one box had a "black discoloration" appear on the top of the box (rubber substance marking the boxes). I could not clean it, I contacted Bentgo and they have graciously offered to replace! Now that is customer service at its best!
