I bought this lunch box with the matching lunch bag for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch box to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. I have loved these lunch boxes for years when I was a preschool teacher, and I finally got to buy one for my own toddler this year. She loves her unicorn bentgo box and the compartments make it easy for mom to pack her a variety of foods for preschool! I didn’t know until tonight that the company is wonderful and responsive when they replied and problem solved immediately a piece that I wanted to replace. I will continue to buy and recommend their products :)

We received this water bottle for my 1 year old. While she’s able to drink out of straws, I was nervous about her ability to use this straw since the anti-leak technology requires her to bite and suck at the same time. However, she picked it up immediately and it’s become her favorite cup! It is perfect to throw in the diaper bag on our way out the door since I know it won’t leak!

Hello! We have two of the shark print containers and are very happy with them. They clean well, the kids can open them independently and they arent too big, heavy or clunky! Nothing spills into the other sections either. I highly reccommend these containers, at the start they may be pricy but they will last years anr van be passed on to the next or other kids.

I bought this bentgo kids lunch box for my toddler. I’d worked in childcare before and knew I wanted to get her one as well. I found one at our local store and when I got it home it was broken. I contacted customer support and they got us a replacement in just a few days! I’m so excited to use this for my kiddo, and even got another one for my nephew as well.

We've had the bentgo boxes since the beginning of the school year. And I could not be happier with them. Wish I knew about them sooner. My kids love the bright print. They are sturdy and the compartments inside are perfect sizes. It's just enough space for their lunch and snacks.

I bought the dinosaur backpack and bento kids print lunch box together for my toddler son after searching for several options online. The features I really like are compartments for portion control, leak proof design and the cute prints. Unfortunately the compartment developed a crack, however the bentgo customer service is awesome and prompt and they processed a replacement within minutes of reaching out to them. I would surely recommend this product and the company that stands behind its products.

I really love this lunch box. I purchased 2 for my granddaughter and 2 for my great nephews. It has good sized compartments that make filling a healthy lunch a cinch. If I had one complaint it would be the hinges. They seem to pop out fairly easily, but last a while in kids time. I would caution you when you use the hinges to open the lunch box. Customer service and the manufacturer's warranty are the best I've seen. All in all, I highly recommend

We have 6 of the style bentgos. Most we have had for a year +. Unfortunately our two newer ones have both broken at the tabs (outer shell). After speaking to the company the outer shell shouldn’t be dishwashed, even in the top rack (the symbols imprinted on the outer shell says different). We will continue to buy these just simply for convenience and functionality for school lunches.
