This is an incredible value. Comparable sets are $300 . This is solidly made. Heavy mostly solid wood parts. It's screen printed versus hand painted designs and in some places it looks cheap. But for the price I still give it 5 stars. I was originally very scared to put this together reading it took someone's very handy husband 3 hours. It took me, a very average handy mom, right at 2 hours including clean up using an electric screwdriver. Once you get started it's really intuitive. It's definitely initially overwhelming as it does have a TON of pieces.

Bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter. She loves it! All the furniture looks like sturdy wood. It took about an hour to put together - would probably be quicker without the assistance of two kids!

Beautifully structured dollhouse. I absolutely love it! Was exactly what I was looking for. A little pricey,but well worth it. Took about 3 hrs to assemble. Excellent quality. Very modern. I didn't want one of those dollhouses with loud pink colors that are plastic. This went beyond my expectations.

So much better than we expected. The house itself is well made and much to my surprise the furniture pieces are all made of solid wood. Also, all of the rooms have decorated walls that are so cute. As for putting everything together, it was tedious because it took a bit of time, but the instructions were easy to follow. Overall, definitely recommend!

Box came beat up and extra tape was added. I think it may have come open during shipment. We were missing one item...the assembly instructions. I called Sams Club and they told me to contact the brand which was Members Mark 1 (888) 301-0332. I explained to the rep what I was missing and she emailed it right away. House is now built and it's huge. Can't wait to give it to my grandbabies.

For the money spent, I expected better quality. Most of the pieces are damaged with the roof having dents and the back walls having huge scrapes across the entire thing. My kid likes it so I won’t return but I am very annoyed. Not worth the $150.

DO NOT BUY!!!! This thing came with missing pieces and 0 instructions other than a card with a phone number to call when you are missing pieces. So clearly this is a frequent occurrence. I have searched all over online looking for online instructions and it does not exist. I even typed in the model and batch number and nothing shows up. I even asked AI and it can't come up with anything. All the pieces have numbers on them. We were going to try and build without instructions but that won't work either bc there are missing pieces. I'm guessing some missing bolts too because by looking at it there's no way this is enough bolts for all these boards. Not to mention some of the pieces are very flimsy cheap cardboard like material that kids are going to bust very quickly. So disappointed. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!

I bought this for my 3 yr old granddaughter. The package arrived obviously opened, taped back up, and all beat up. I sent it right back. I didn't trust that the contents would be not damaged or not missing pieces. This did not happen during shipping. It went out from the warehouse that way. Why would Sam's Club send out damaged goods to it's customers? Now I don't trust Sam's Club to send another to me that's in good condition. I'm seriously considering cancelling my membership.

We ordered this doll house to be sent to our 7 year old granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived missing pieces…such a disappointment…

Absolute garbage. Missing pieces - have to reach out to a 3rd party to obtain. Who knows how long that'll take. Directions are horrible and this is terribly constructed. No way this will last/stay in one piece for more than a week. Do not purchase. Biggest waste of $150 ever!
