BEAUTIFUL DOLL HOUSE!!!! After reading the comments on this doll house, I decided to take a chance and order one. I'm adult and have always wanted a real doll house. This was the perfect purchase. I ordered it and received it within a week and a half. I was nervous to open the box and bring it to life. Jumping right into it, it took me 3 hours to complete (with interruptions of course). All parts and pieces were included. The instruction manual was perfectly illustrated and made putting this doll house together both easy and enjoyable. I am VERY pleased with this purchase. Beautifully structured dollhouse. I absolutely love it! Was exactly what I was looking for. A little pricey,but well worth it. Took about 3 hrs to assemble. Excellent quality. Very modern. I didn't want one of those dollhouses with loud pink colors that are plastic. This went beyond my expectations.

So much better than we expected. The house itself is well made and much to my surprise the furniture pieces are all made of solid wood. Also, all of the rooms have decorated walls that are so cute. As for putting everything together, it was tedious because it took a bit of time, but the instructions were easy to follow. Overall, definitely recommend!

This is an incredible value. Comparable sets are $300 . This is solidly made. Heavy mostly solid wood parts. It’s screen printed versus hand painted designs and in some places it looks cheap. But for the price I still give it 5 stars. I was originally very scared to put this together reading it took someone’s very handy husband 3 hours. It took me, a very average handy mom, right at 2 hours including clean up using an electric screwdriver. Once you get started it’s really intuitive. It’s definitely initially overwhelming as it does have a TON of pieces.

Absolutely love this doll house. It’s great quality and very sturdy. Love the size and look. It was exactly what I was looking for. Love that it came with the accessories that was also made of wood great for my two year old. Who played with it all day after getting it for Christmas

Bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter. She loves it! All the furniture looks like sturdy wood. It took about an hour to put together - would probably be quicker without the assistance of two kids!

This doll house is very well made. Has lots of accessories. Contrary to some other reviews I read mine did come with instructions and only took an hour to build. I almost didn’t buy it because I didn’t want to spend 3 hours putting it together

This is an AMZING dollhouse with many accessories that are well made. It comes with so much furniture and pieces with walls all painted and decorated. HOWEVER be forwarded that this mansion takes an incredible amount of installation!!! My husband is quite good at installation and this took him 3 hours to assemble. Once you get through that it is a beautiful dollhouse that gets a tons of use and is always a huge hit in our house and when friends come to play.

Overall-we are keeping it bc my child is newly 4 and she will do more damage than it came with; however, if it had not come with so many furniture play pieces and been incredibly cumbersome to exchange, we would likely have returned. Cons: -Important to note-it’s not going to be an heirloom dollhouse. It is a beautiful piece from the outside, but the thickness/walls/wall scenes that you slide in are pretty fragile and very similar to KidKraft types. I’m fairly handy and there is so little excess border around the screws that at least 3 punched through the walls and had to be backed out, so there is a high risk of them stripping out with any weight shift. -There were chips and scuffs and blurred images on nearly every piece right out of the box. Again, my daughter is 4 so we didn’t go through the hassle to exchange but quality control could step up by a lot -DO NOT WAIT UNTIL CHRISTMAS EVE TO PUT THIS TOGETHER. It was done in a few hours but there are too many issues from the start to guarantee that they are all in good enough condition to use. Get an electrical screwdriver. A standard electric drill is too forceful but manual screwdriver is not forceful enough, and you will get carpal tunnel. Pros-there are lot of rooms and furniture to play with -it’s fashionably “neutral” and really very pretty -it’s huge- child size even.

DO NOT BUY!!!! This thing came with missing pieces and 0 instructions other than a card with a phone number to call when you are missing pieces. So clearly this is a frequent occurrence. I have searched all over online looking for online instructions and it does not exist. I even typed in the model and batch number and nothing shows up. I even asked AI and it can’t come up with anything. All the pieces have numbers on them. We were going to try and build without instructions but that won’t work either bc there are missing pieces. I’m guessing some missing bolts too because by looking at it there’s no way this is enough bolts for all these boards. Not to mention some of the pieces are very flimsy cheap cardboard like material that kids are going to bust very quickly. So disappointed. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!
