[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Organic with essential vitamins. I keep mine stocked up in the freezer, then in the icebox for storage, since it is organic. I’ve never tried to see if it would mold quickly out of the refrigerator. It is very expensive as is ALL groceries, although, in my 75 years, I have concluded that when you’re eating something good for your health, it will cost you more.
