The bread is stale.  Texture like day old bread not fresh.  Usually this is excellent bread.  I had to grill it to make it able to eat, very dry and hard to eat.

I am on a high Protein diet and I’m absolutely obsessed with this bread. The taste is so good. I never let myself run out because of how good it taste. I’ve had it with cinnamon and I’ve also tasted it with avocado slices and both are just delicious . It gives a good crunch. It’s just a really good bread.
