Who knew it could be hard to find meatballs without a milk product in their ingredients? I have to check ingredient labels for my kid due to lactose intolerance and finally came upon this in store. We were going to give up and make them at home. These taste great and I don't have to worry about my child having an upset stomach.

The meatballs are fully cooked, however, we put them in a crockpot with tomato sauce, a can of diced tomatoes, green peppers, onions and mushrooms. We were out during the day and were so happy to have a dinner ready when we returned home. We did not put them in bread or buns, because we are doing a low-carb diet. We put them on a plate with provolone cheese on top - delicious.

You can't believe all the recipes I've came up with using these meatballs. These are a lifesaver, take out just as few or as many as you need for your recipes, I make everything from home style American, Greek, Mexican and Italian with these, and you would never be able to tell I'm using the same meat, and great appetizers for any get together!!

I accidentally purchased the wrong brand on my last visit. My wife and I prefer the Member's Mark brand, and we realized this immediately after we tried this brand. These meatballs are OK but we feel the Member's Mark have a much better taste. Lesson learned.
