Bag is large and spacious and well constructed. I actually bought it because of the person complaining it’s too big. Flat it does measure about 19” but that will round off a bit when it gets filled which is probably how they measured, a full bag. Great for my 15.6” laptop! Highly recommend if you have littles or a job you need to carry around a ton of stuff for. The material is easy to clean and won’t get all that pet glitter stuck to it either. Vera Bradley has quickly become my favorite bag to use- this is number two for me.

Such a nicely made cute bag! It’s the perfect size.

Very nice bag but the width dimensions are way off. More like 19.5" wide. It is too large for my needs so I will probably wind up returning in.
