Perfect

Beautiful shoe, great price. Got a pair for my husband, and a pair for my son. They say they are comfortable and stylish for everyday wear.

They sent me a pair of BLACK shoes instead of what I actually ordered. Black wasn’t even an option so I know it was their mistake and not mine. I needed the white shoes that I actually ordered!

Angry about the inefficiency.

This is the fourth time I've received my pair of shoes in the wrong color. I ordered them in white, and all four times they've arrived in black. It's disrespectful.
