This are some of the flimsiest pillows I have ever own. Within two weeks they have lost their shape and firmness. If you want a quality pillow don't even think about this purchase.

They are nothing like a hotel pillow! They're soft, but about 1/4 what a hotel pillow is. After a week it's flat as can be and won't puff back up. I'm really disappointed.

I bought the king size pillows for my husband twice. He has been only using these pillows very day for several years. They are very comfortable. Great pillows

I washed it once and it fell apart. I followed the directions to a T, which ended up with a hole in the end of the pillow at the seam. Not happy. I had not even used the first very much. The 2nd was in storage, I hope the other one lasts longer

I'm not to happy with tge king size set I bought, although I probably use my pillows more often than most as I am disabled but after only a few weeks I sink into thembwhen im sittong up wirh no support to my neck and head, I can grab a lotbof empty fabric at leasr several inches just feom the side long ways there ia no pillow left it has flatten .They were nice the first 2 weeks but after that they have gone down hill so much I now have to buy new pillows again which is hard on a fixes income. I am a pillow lover and memory foam mattress user so bwing comfy is important i take it aeriously as it effects my health these are a waste of money but i think im pretty sure Im now stuck with them, lasted just long enough not to be able to return. Sad I did like them for 2 weeks .

I bought the Queen size pillows a few months ago. I have tried sleeping on them three different times now because I was totally befuddled as to why they would be burning the skin on my face. It took me quite awhile the first time to think it was the new pillows because they did have a pillowcase on them and were not in direct contact with my skin. My face felt like it had a severe sunburn and the pillows were the only thing that was new so went back to my old pillows and my face returned to normal after a few days. I tried them a second time and the same thing happened. After a few weeks I tried them again and this morning my chin felt like someone put acid on it. I am perplexed because I am not a sensitive skin person what so ever. Will not try them again because I now am certain the irritation is from the pillows.

Not had 9 months. Wash them. Used low heat. Seams are already splitting. Junk….
