We put this product in our backyard between our fire pit and pond. Love the colors and the fact that you can choose either side for your side bar. Both sides open up for awnings. Lots of shelf space for barware. Love that there is a foot rest included on each side of the bar. I thought assembly was easier than many pre-engineered pieces - everything fit together well. I would caution that some assembly, such as the roof, required a third person.

We put this by our pool, it is the perfect addition. Well worth the cost, and like that a tv can be hung as well as the shelves which are included.

it is a little cheaply mad will see how it holds up but most bad reviews are because people don't understand to use the directions and the awning box, not the regular box. it doesn't state that anywhere, but let me just make it a little more simpler for you. if you get the model with the awnings, do not follow the directions and the regular bar box. find the directions that are in the awning books

I absolutely love this bar! Once it’s put together and set up, it really does create an amazing outdoor entertaining space. We’ve added a TV, bar stools, glassware and all of our bar essentials, and it has completely transformed our patio. We use it all the time and get so many compliments on it. There are a few things I think buyers should know, especially considering the price. The inside bar/counter area isn’t as sturdy as I expected, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting anything extremely heavy on it. The shelves along the back are also fairly lightweight, so I’m careful about how much weight I put on them. For the price, I do wish those areas felt a little more substantial. The biggest issue, though, is the assembly instructions. They were by far the most frustrating part of the entire experience. There are two different sets of instructions, and you really need to make sure you are following the correct ones for your specific model/version. We ended up having to take part of it back apart and redo it because of this. The instructions could definitely be clearer and better organized. That being said, once we got past the assembly, we have truly loved it. The awnings are great, there’s plenty of room for seating and entertaining, and it looks fantastic on our patio. It feels like having our own little outdoor pub at home! Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it. With better instructions and a little more reinforcement on the interior counter and shelving, this would easily be a 5-star product for me.

Very frustrating. The unit came with 2 different sets of construction directions. One is in the awning box the other with the main body. I built the unit based on the first set of instructions only to find out after I finished building it that there was a different set of instructions buried in the awning box. attaching the awning requires steps that are very different and require steps from the first stages of building. At this point I am not going to unassemble and completely break down the entire structure to add the awning. I ended up creating my own solution to attach it. why anyone would include 2 different sets of instructions is beyond me especially if I ordered the unit with the awning. just give customers one set of directions that are correct for the corresponding product.

The first and most important thing to say is Do Not Follow the Instruction Book that comes in the first box! Open the box that has the lift up bonus sides and get that book out and use it. We did not know to do this and it caused us a huge problem of disassembling and then reassembling. I don’t know why they put Two instruction books in their product, but it was so dumb. Also, check off all of your parts even though it seems like a lot of wasted time, trust me it’s not! We failed to do this and it was missing a part and had two of a part that we were only supposed to have had one. It took over a week to get that missing part so we could not proceed with putting it together until it came. The instructions are only pictures, no words at all, so it was a struggle to know if we were doing it right or not as the pictures are hard to tell if the parts are the right way. As a result, we do have the flat, long board across the front on backwards. It’s very frustrating at how hard this was to assemble. It doesn’t look bad, but me just knowing it’s wrong is bothering me, but definitely not enough to take it apart and reassemble it. I wish we had paid the $600 to have it assembled, yes it was that bad. After, we finally got it together and put in place, I do love it though. It looks really nice by our pool area and are now going to install an outdoor TV on it. I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been for the instruction books problem and no words in the book. The product itself seems to be worth the money and a good investment.

I have over a decade of engineering and engineering management experience, so I am not writing this as just a casual home-project hobbyist. After completing the main gazebo structure using Boxes 1 and 2, I fully understand and share the frustration expressed by another reviewer regarding the awning extension kit. The extension kit includes a completely different set of assembly instructions for installing the awnings onto the gazebo. Realistically, no customer would open the final box first and begin construction from there. It is clear the manufacturer designed this as a base gazebo package (Boxes 1 and 2) with a separately added extension kit (Box 3), which explains the two different instruction sets. However, this creates a very confusing and frustrating assembly experience. The overall documentation strategy needs significant improvement. In addition, the engineering design itself lacks sufficient attention to manufacturability and assembly tolerances. The engineers who designed this product appear to have overlooked some very basic GD%26T and assembly alignment considerations. The holes in the beams should be larger. The screw sleeves must pass through five or six aligned holes across both beams and brackets, yet the tolerances are so tight that hole alignment becomes unnecessarily difficult during assembly. Please spend more time refining the design details and assembly process before bringing products like this to market.

Confusing directions! Material is substandard. I doubt the lightweight plastic will last one summer in the sun. Don't lean on the bar to as it bows. It's meant to mount a TV on the back. I would not chance that as the plastic is too flimsy. Don't waste your money on this junk. I am trying to contact customer service to see if I can return this. With tax it was over $1,300. A total waste of money!

item was missing instructions for installing the awning. I reached out to company 2 weeks ago. still haven't heard back. customer service was company is an absolute joke. if anything goes wrong don't expect help
