The Oikos vanilla protein shake contain 30g of protein with 5g prebiotic fiber. The shakes have only 1g of sugar. The case contains a quantity of twelve 12 fluid oz bottles. The shakes are shelf stable and need no refrigeration. It stated 1g of sugar but I felt it is so sweet. I cannot drink a whole bottle at once. I need to mix it with no sugar milk. The taste will be better.

I really like the texture of this protein shake. I feel like so often they are malty and this was smooth and consistent. The value is great and it keeps you full while giving 30 g of protein!

We really loved these at our house. The vanilla was perfect to have on its own or mixed with coffee. They're great to have on hand to hit protein goals especially at the end of the day. Fiber content is an awesome plus in these as well. Totally recommend these shakes to anyone wanting a sweet treat packed with protein.

When I think of Oikos I think of yogurt so it’s interesting to see a drink from them that doesn’t need to be refrigerated. For me, it checks all the boxes that I’d look for in a protein shake: low calories, low/no sugar. high protein, and good flavor/consistency. It is very smooth and not thick at all like some other protein shakes that I consume. I normally always opt for vanilla flavors and this one doesn’t disappoint. They also opted for stevia as a sweeter vs sucralose which is uncommon in protein drinks/shakes. Well done Oikos!

I tried the vanilla flavor and it tastes like a lighter version of their vanilla yogurt. I kind of wish it had a stronger flavor but I'm glad it doesn't have a strong protein flavor. It has a slightly thicker consistenty than milk, but it's not too thick. Would def recommend!
