Received the product in great shape. Inside unit is well-protected by styrofoams. The frameless design makes the TV appears smaller but liked it.overall.

I've been enjoying this tv for the last month. The tv is pretty light that i was about to mount this 55" on my own so far it looks great for all three of my systems PS3 through PS5 and for streaming my favorite shows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only item I didn't like was the fact that the picture is only slightly better than the 15-year-old LED Philips that it replaced. I had the impression that the QLED was much better.

It's exactly 3 years old. Now there is a 4 inch wide gray vertical stripe down the left side on the screen. It shuts down without warning, usually when my team is just about to score. It disconnects from wifi without warning and WILL NOT RECONNECT unless you unplug the TV. TRULY DISAPPOINTED

I didn't have allot of money to spend on a Oled tv so I settled for this Qled tv. I'm really glad I did, it had a great picture. The settings are automatically set so that really helps foe someone who knows nothing about tv's. The however was not good but that was ok, I planned on getting a sound bar and subwoofer anyways. Now it sounds and looks great except the screen was cracked when I hooked it up. I called Sams Club and they took care of it. They are sending another one. That really stinks but I am able to watch it until my new one gets here. After I get the new one and make sure nothing's wrong then I will call them to pick up cracked tv. It's not cracked on the outside screen, it's on the inside. They can't hurry up the shipping which stinks which will be another 2 weeks 🥴

This Product is ok, up and running for 3.5 weeks now.
